ABSOLUTELY STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS! Just read the reviews on Al Joyce Plumbing, it is an easy choice just to run the other way. Trust me you will have regrets. The bills do not match up with the hours they work, they inform you that you need work that you do not need, and charge exorbitant fees. They have a complete inability to explain their discrepancies...other than...he was tired and didn't write down the hours right. Ah no...how about he was drunk on a Friday and just tried to rip me off. I had a real, professional plumber fix what he couldn't at a fraction of the cost...payed him for the actual hours he worked and disputed the rest. Don't use these guys! Quoted $1000 but billed $1800 and problem was worse than when they came. Had another plumbing company come and fix Al Joyces work. Told Al Joyce they could pay the plumbing bill for fixing their work and I'd pay the difference to them. They just submitted their bill to collections and didn't care about fixing their shoddy workmanship. I highly advise NOT to use this company for anything. read more
