When they finished, they 1- refused to take away the old equipment they replaced, 2- they used my tools without asking (they didn't even bring a ladder), 3- they left the wires to the motor hanging loose 2 feet below the ceiling, with no connection caps where they spliced wires, 4- they never installed a light in the motor until I called them to come back and finish their work, 5- they bent over old hangers which were no longer needed instead of removing them, 6- when they finished, they said I needed to pay more for the outside entry pad to replace the old one which didn't work with the new motor, 7- the receipt consisted of 4 legible words, without itemizing the new equipment they installed, labor, etc., and not signed, and it contained the wrong total price. They offered to send me a new itemized receipt, but they've have never sent it. 8- They needed to come out 3 times to complete the work, and I needed to observe them to make sure that the work was done correctly. They rushed through their work as though their work was an inconvenience- who needs that? I had a horrible experience with this company- don't go through the same.
