History
Established in 1992.
The "Al Fogher" restaurant was founded in 1992 and began offering regional cuisine with cosmopolitan influences. Over the years, begins a journey in the territory with the search for products at "0 Km" and organic raw materials as salt, vegetables, flour for daily baking and 100% natural vanilla for the desserts.
Over the years has obtained many rave reviews from countless national and international newspapers including: Grand Gourmet, Il Sole 24 Ore, Sikania, Corriere della Sera, Traveling, Bell'Italia, Italian cuisine, I Love Sicily, L'Espresso, Class.
