Popped into town after a day of hiking nearby and were looking for something simple for lunch…read more There's a strip of restaurants near the parking lot and we ultimately chose this one as it seemed busy with a large menu. We grabbed the soup of the day-orzo-which needed much much more seasoning. Grabbed one of their pastas, which was fine (better than the orzo), as well as a pizza that was probably the best part of the meal. It's unclear to me who gets baskets of bread as it seemed very random. The seating system is a mess. You get a number and they call out numbers randomly if you're waiting outside. Our number was certainly skipped but when I asked why I was told it had been announced a bunch (which I have a tough time believing since we heard all of the other numbers and were sitting immediately outside...). Once seated, the service itself leaves a fair amount to be desired as it seems like they're too busy for their own good. The bathrooms were nice, which was convenient. And there was free Wifi, which made the 15-20 minute wait not terrible. There aren't so many options in the immediate vicinity so I'm not sure how the others compare. Ultimately, it was a fine choice.

The vibe is eccentric, off season Christmas lights and sort of silly decorations, but everything we got was excellent. Its more comfort food style, and we ordered more than we could eat because we wanted to try too many things. No disappointments. Also, they had a fun list of beers from a nearby brewery that I really liked. If you're in the area this is a great choice.

Yelp is correct that this is the best pizza in Trento, according to one reviewer. Our first impression was mostly their guests are locals. Good sign! One bite on the pizza and you will not stop until last bite . Service is fast and very professional. Price is reasonable. Manager/Owner is friendly. We only had 3 days in Trento and ended up coming here all 3 nights. On the third night we got a surprise present from the cashier lady (assuming she is an owner). She didn't even know it was our last night to enjoy her delicious pizza. We will never forget her hospitality.

I'm sorry but the pizzas weren't as good as expected in my German point of view. Our hotel service…read morerecommended that place and therefore we were super disappointed after we had our first bite. The dough hasn't any taste as well as the tomato sauce of which was way too much on the pizza. In the middle, the dough was soaked and not enjoyable. The buffalo mozzarella was mild and cold. Therefore you barely could taste it on the pizza (besides the one-liter tomato sauce). For us, these two pizzas were very high-priced for that quality. (14€/15€) However, the restaurant was very well attended. Most Italian. That's why we think that we, Germans, have different expectations of pizza and also a different preferred way of serving it. Maybe Italians love these pizzas.
