To say the food is good is an understatement. Honestly. The flavors are robust but also can be subtle and full of spices that are authentically Indian. Not only is the food undeniably good, the portion sizes are really quite large, but not too large where you wouldn't be able to finish the dish. And the staff. Sid (owner of Sid's Spice) is an amazingly friendly guy that actually waited on our table himself, and made sure that we had everything we needed. The rest of the staff is also really friendly and they seem as though they would go out of their way to be sure their customers have an amazing dining experience. Also! They have a new menu out now. The first two dining experiences I had was with the old, the last was with the new. The new menu seems to be really nice and they have a lot of new tasty looking dishes. The food also seemed to be considerably better, although it was already really good. I asked the waiter to deliver a curry twice as hot as anything on the menu and when it came they had succeeded!
