He was called inside immediately and I can see he was even filling out the paperwork inside without a wait. Obviously, I can tell that this business gives priority to who they know. Did not say anything but kept in mind all these details to share in my review. I was already stuck there , had given to the staff my id and had paid the copayment so I was stuck. For the second one, I spent over 30 minutes on the phone with terrible service just to confirm the MRI type. Upon arrival, the front desk initially verified it was the correct scan. However, the technician later contradicted this, claiming it wasn't, and the front desk then agreed, stating the requested scan didn't even exist. It was a complete waste of my time. The service was disgusting, and the owner should be embarrassed by how poorly this place is run. Terrible care of patients. The front desk and manager should be fired and the service tech.

I was originally speaking in English with a Spanish speaker who spoke no English and she was extremely rude, transferred me to a line where no one picked up without trying to help me or get someone who spoke English to help me, and when I tried calling back twice she hung up on me both times. The only way I got through was by calling *67 and then Diana informed me that this location and Doral are under reconstruction and she doesn't know when they will offer their services again. Diana was very passive aggressive and did not care at all when I complained to her about the other receptionist. All she said they can provide is medical reports in person, no info at all over the phone. I asked to speak with her boss to file a complaint against the other woman who hung up on me and she told me there are no bosses I can speak with, just her (the receptionist). Hopefully the owner of this company or someone is informed of this terrible experience and makes sure to have a bilingual receptionist at the Doral location to answer any questions about their services, it's very misleading to show online that they are open when in reality they are not. At least give everyone online notice that this business is closed until further notice to save any woman in need of this rude experience.

I came here a few days ago for an MRI, and my experience went very well. The wonderful staff here…read moretook some time to schedule an appointment that worked for my availability, and also assured me that their machines were claustrophobic friendly. They do also accept insurance and at the day of your appointment you would just pay what your co-pay would be. When I arrived, I was greeted right away, I checked in and filled out some paperwork, and then I was taken to the back. Your lead to a locker room where you have the option of keeping your own clothes on or changing into a hospital gown, the locker room has small lockers, you can keep your belongings in while you're in the MRI machine area. My appointment lasted about one hour. I am super claustrophobic, the tech made me feel very comfortable, I was in the machine for the first 40 minutes and even though I was very nervous, the soothing music in the headphones that you're given to wear kept me calm. They also allow my boyfriend to sit in the room with me while I was in the machine, which is a definite, plus. I was pulled out a machine after 40 minutes and was injected with some saline, unfortunately, I had a very bad reaction to the saline, which caused me to throw up for about 10 minutes, this is not the facilities fault nor is it the techs fault. It's simply my reaction to the IV. The tech was super friendly and very understanding of what was happening. After I felt better I was put back into the machine for another 10 minutes to finish up. For someone who is super claustrophobic this experience went very well. I would definitely recommend this place especially if you are someone who is claustrophobic, this facility offers a wide board MRI machine. Which I believe was created for individuals with claustrophobia. Hopefully I never need another MRI, but in the event that I do, I will be sure to come back to this facility because they definitely do take care of their patients and they are very caring and understanding of one's needs.
