Used this company once before and they are very good. Two women came out (mother and daughter I think) and they did an excellent job with my 3 level condo. I did have to provide some direction to make sure all the things I wanted deep cleaned were actually deep cleaned, but they did honor my request. My place was not very dirty which helps when you want a deeper clean than usual in the same 2 hour time frame as a usual cleaning. They also went above on beyond on things I had not thought about, e.g. stove burners and light fixtures. The only sad part is that they are out of my service area. They only came because I had already paid through Groupon. Please consider expanding to the North Shore (Salem, Peabody, etc.) I have used other nearby companies that simply do not compare. read more

Horrible, had them out twice for deep cleaning! First time, they did not even wash the floors. Chatted with the owner and she wanted to try again! Same girl with different person, UGH!!! They did a better job, def NOT a deep cleaning but then I noticed my brand new microwave pad was all scratched! Hired this company for a deep cleaning for my mom's house and paid hundreds of dollars. It was not a deep cleaning whatsoever. Very nice people work here but I'm just so disappointed I spent money on a cleaning I could've done myself. I splurged because i didn't have the products or time to do it myself. It did not even come close to what a deep cleaning is. My downstairs tub was not scrubbed. The bottom was still brown. The tiles in the second bathroom were untouched. The grout had not even been scrubbed. Shaving cream from my shower the night before was still there! There were dirt and finger print marks on all the doors and near doorknobs and kitchen cabinets. They said they'd be done in 3 hours which is shocking. I have a 2 bed 1 bath apartment in Los Angeles and it takes my cleaners 3 hours. This is a 4 bedroom 3 bath, 3 story house. They rushed. Booked and paid $90 for a one time cleaning for my blind grandmother's birthday. When calling to schedule Ruth refused to honor the booking, saying she would only book her cleaning for a promised 6 months of continued service (without ever seeing her work) and said she would not do a one time cleaning as she would lose money on the deal even though it was already paid for. I called back and asked told her if we liked the work we would hire again and asked her kindly if she would please honor the deal advertised as it was already paid for and something my grandmother was looking forward to. She said, "Well, I'm not going to honor it. So." And that was it. No refund, no help, terrible customer service from Ruth. We weren't asking for anything crazy, just for this business to honor their advertised services. No deep cleaning necessary, but it would have felt that way for a blind woman who has trouble doing it on her own. The folks at AKM Cleaning were kind, responsive, and do great work! We hired them to do a move-out deep cleaning of our apartment. I heard from Ruth within 2 hours of sending my online inquiry. She and Alan stopped by that evening to provide us a quote, which was accurate to what we were eventually charged. They cleaned our 1 bed 1 bath apartment the following week.
