They ask that vendors pay to be on their preferred vendor list but it turns out that its just people who pay and they dont actually stand by the vendors work. It was a momey grab for our community until we finally replaced them. I would never replace them. When we did we started finding hidden bills that were somehow glitches into the system and paid without anyone seeing it. They are a shady company with no morals. Their community managers have bad characteristics and upper management is just as bad and unprofessional. As I read the reviews throughout the years I see they are who they are and won't stop until they get a lawsuit. Be warned and stay away from these crooks!!!
