We first connected with Ramon in 2025 when we were considering selling our home. After several conversations, we realized we were not yet financially ready to move forward. Even though Ramon had already invested time and effort into helping us evaluate our options, he never made us feel pressured or guilty about our decision. He remained supportive and checked in periodically throughout the year without ever being pushy. A year later, when we were finally ready to sell, choosing Ramon and his team was an easy decision. From start to finish, the entire team was incredibly communicative and professional. They created a group chat with my husband and me, which made it easy to stay informed, ask questions, and receive updates throughout the process. Ramon and his team also did an excellent job coordinating showings. They ensured we had the ability to approve or decline requests based on our schedule and convenience, which gave us time to prepare and made the process much less stressful. When we eventually received an offer, due to our personal financial circumstances we were facing the possibility of bringing money to closing. (This situation was entirely unrelated to Ramon or his team and was simply the result of not having paid down enough of our mortgage) Ramon was generous enough to voluntarily reduce his commission, which helped us walk away from the sale with money in our pockets. That act alone speaks volumes about his character, integrity, and commitment to his clients. Ramon genuinely cares about the people he represents and consistently puts their best interests first. Despite a slower condo market in our area, he successfully got our property sold and guided us through every challenge with professionalism and compassion. We are incredibly grateful for all of the hard work, dedication, and support that Ramon and his team provided!

We had chosen another Escrow office prior but determined that we were being overcharged so we canceled that Escrow and decided to go with Vision Escrow Group. Responsive, fast, and they applied pressure at the right moments to keep my closing on track. During a stressful purchase they made a real difference, and they're a big reason the deal closed. I'd recommend them by name. My concern is at the ownership level. Based on the emails and documentation I received, the owner of the escrow company was also serving as the transaction coordinator on the listing agent's side. Escrow is supposed to be the neutral party between buyer and seller, so having one person on both the escrow ownership side and the listing side made me uneasy, especially when it came to guidance about what belonged in the transaction documentation. My advice to other clients: ask up front whether anyone holds a dual role in your transaction, and get any guidance about your paperwork in writing. I'd recommend Marlene and Ada without hesitation, but I'd go in with eyes open about that overlap.

We felt it was important to find a company that represented the Landlord as well as the Tenants. Landlord protection and compliance is important but so is ensuring low turnover in your buildings. Yvonne and her team at Superior Management & Realty Services stood out as they had the perfect mix of Owner and Tenant representation. Right away we could tell she and her staff were knowledgeable and up to date on recent laws and compliance. They were able to find ways to improve our properties, ensure rents move with the market, provide monthly reporting and are always responsive to any questions and/or inquiries. Most importantly, Superior Management & Realty Services are proactive by instantly notifying us of any changes with the tenants as well as necessary needs for the property to ensure "pride of ownership." She is rude condescending and treats tenants very disrespectfully. I've been trying to reach anyone else in that management company to file a complaint and haven't been allowed. They are the worse management company I have ever dealt with. They have NO CONSIDERATION over their tenants living conditions. JUST FOND SOMEONE ELSE TO RENT FROM!!! Your company is NOT a tenant friendly company! Nobody was trying to prevent any repairs! Let's it straight we asked how much longer it was going to take because it did disrupt us!! We work at night and sleep during the day, there was NO NOTICE posted ahead of time as per usual with your company! When I tried to talk to Wendy I got yelled at hung up on and was denied even talking to anyone or even get my question across!!! We have been without a dryer for almost a month and when I tried calling the first time all I got was we will get to it when we get to it, that's not very friendly to your tenants!! So if you're going to reply at least reply with facts!! Your company won't even reply to my emails of a appt request which I was told by WENDY that I had to do in order to talk to ANYONE in your office......that was almost a month ago and still haven't even received a reply!!!
