When I first tasted the ramen here it brought a tear to my eye. Finally, a ramen I would crave and drive 2.5 hours to enjoy. As for ambiance, it's not like any other restaurant in town. They all offered all you can eat, with everything freshly prepared to order, for about $30. That is what is referred to as "liquidity". At Sora Sushi, you wait half an hour for a few pieces of nigiri. Everything is wildly overpriced, mediocre quality. But you pay it. Because you're in Central Oregon and that's all there is. Two stars might be a tad harsh, they didn't poison me or anything. But just like everything else here, you pay a mountain tax in quality, price, and service. Amazing food, the chicken teriyaki my wife and our friend's wife split was some of the best she's ever had and our sushi was legitimately the best I've had in the state!
