They have certainly gone out of their way for me on numerous occasions. This person 'Nathanial G' talks about red flags yet there are several red flags within their review which one can tell make it a completely bogus review and a misuse of Yelp... For starters 'Nathanial' claims Matts license expired in 2012.... Not true you can look on the governments website and do a CSL search and see that he is a licensed unrestricted supervisor which requires a state exam and continued education credits for renewal, unlike the HIC you mention which anyone from any walk of life can pay for online..... You can see from the date that he is well within his renewal period under Mass State regulations. Shows you've hardly done your research and are most likely a person that got a quote they didn't like... Red flag number 2, there are no pending litigations in public court under any of the names you've mentioned be it company or personal names. What kind of person has to make up false claims? Again, probably someone who they declined to work for and who didn't take it well. Red flag number 3, Matts service to this country is well documented and public record as well. Not that I care to disparage 'McDonalds Janitors' like you have, which is extremely rude and disrespectful to those who do work there but he went directly from the military to becoming a licensed contractor which if you dealt with him at all you would be well aware of. Just shows yet again you've had zero dealings with him and your review is a disgusting misuse of a good tool for everyday people. I can only imagine the type of person you are to do something like this and insult people that work at jobs like McDonald's like they are somehow inferior to you or something. Takes an extremely insecure and ugly person both inside and out to use someone that might not have a choice to work at one of those jobs as a butt to your joke. I hope you feel really good about that. I can go on with more red flags about your comments about them not paying suppliers which I see them almost daily at, or your theory that they hire illegal workers when in all reality they do 90% of their work in house and don't hire subcontractors other than for utilities and licensed trades. These guys work extremely hard and I've been proud to reference them time and time again.
