The 2nd chance was today when I spoke to Amanda at Noon to order my $1,300 frames and lenses that were already picked out in September on file and I had finally saved money to pay (I have a horrible astigmatism and -13 prescription hence the custom made lens price). Like the past experience, there was no follow up by their sales lady to take my credit card number so at 6PM I popped into Hakim Optical in Milton and with their promotion I bought TWO sets of frames/glasses with custom made lenses for $400 dollars less. Alisa and her doctors are professional but her Team at the front desk are tripping over each other with no Customer Service or Memory. I guess I should thank Milton Eye Care on Holly Ave for these 2 experiences bc it saved me over a Grand switching to Hakim Optical.
