Checked the oil and it was super black and dirty and ONLY a tiny amount - almost EMPTY!! These crooks not only did not changed the oil but they drained most and left it almost empty. I went to the dealer and they mechanic took the filter out and showed me it was super dirty as it was not changed. A complete scam and very dangerous to your car and your health. STAY AWAY.

Kyle (Manager) and Marcos were patient with my questions and fabulous on the service. Kyle even did a quick fix on my air filter. I was missing the latches that keep the enclosure where the air filter is housed closed. He asked if I would mind a temporary and complimentary fix, which was a simple screw to close it shut till I got replacement latches. Simple, yes, but kind and generous? Damn right. I purchased a synthetic oil change as well as replacement headlight bulbs that had gone out during my drive up to Ottawa (people must have hated me for my usage of high beams- but what can you do!)

I came here to deal with some noise issues I had and left the car, less than an hour later they called to tell me the car is ready. It had a minor issue that only needed 20 min work and they charged me for only 20 min work and not a full hour, honesty is always appreciated. I will definitely return here anytime I need to repair my car. P.s. The issue was fix and it all cost me around 50$
