PLEASE AVOID! I have stopped getting gel manicures at this place. The gel last a duration of 3-5 days. Recently, every time I schedule an appointment with Snow she cancels (4X, might I add). I made an appointment with another tech & the imbecile who answered the phone NEVER told her. I go there & one of them brings me the phone. it's the tech informing me she never got the message. BEST SERVICE EVER! when i tell you I've been to every nail salon in the area and this cute little shop had everything i have ever wanted...i'm obsessed. I got a hard gel set and they put so much attention to detail into my nails and Chloe was so amazing with my design and literally copy pasted the design i wanted off of my phone. i can't wait to go back, this is the only place ill be going to from now on. read more

The best pedicure I've ever had.. I love my pedicures! This place gave, by far, the best pedicure I've ever had. To start, the place is very clean. Tubs are lined with plastic, the open a new package of tools for each guest, and nail techs wear gloves. Like most pedicures, you start with a warm water soak, but at this place they actually gave your feet some time to soak. The chairs were comfortable with massage settings. A full massage with the exfoliating cream was given and then a full massage with lotion was given. They were both awesome and the techs took their time. My feet were scrubbed and my toes were shaped beautifully prior to being polished. The staff is super friendly and makes you feel welcomed as soon as you walk in the door. The place is staffed appropriately, it was moderately busy, but I had no wait time. They have so many colors to choose from, gel and non-gel. I absolutely recommend this place! read more

After reading good reviews online, and them saying welcome walk in, I stopped by and was so rudely greeted, when asked if they had time for a mani/pedi she abruptly said NO, not even come back later or how about an alternate time. The place was empty, had only 2 people in chairs on a Saturday. I happened to just be passing by but how did she know that I wasn't new to the area, and btw, I have 4 daughters who also might be looking for a salon for their gels etc. Poor business run by a rude owner!! read more

I frequent this nail salon often using the same tech but today was very disappointing & shocking because I used a new person. In the middle of getting my nails done the nail tech named LUKE gets up twice after taking off my acrylic nails & proceeded to speak in his native tongue (clearly talking about me). After the 2nd time he doesn't return... No one says anything to me so I got up & asked the front desk what's the problem? They don't know, supposedly Luke said he couldnt do my nails and to return when I'm free because HE LEFT excuse me?! I'm free now and made an appointment! What is the REAL problem? Then they have a pow wow & Luke magically reappears and agrees to finish my nails. No way! At this point I don't want him to touch me because I'm clueless as to what is going on. How uncomfortable it is to sit & have people talking about you in a different language(it was beyond obvious) The manager & receptionist were pleasant but LUKE is the most unprofessional nail tech I have ever encountered. Not to mention how rough he was while taking my nails off. You would think I've known this man in a past life or something... Sadly after a year of patronizing with AK (and a good tipper) I will NEVER return! SN: My 13yo daughter was with me also getting her nails done for her birthday. I do believe in giving the local businesses business but when you go to have your nails done with your grandchild and you tell them just a manicure for the child they take it upon himself to do a gel and then in the end tell you well she said she wanted a gel I think they should've asked a grandparent I did not intend on paying $28 on mine and then my granddaughters also I was very unhappy to me that is poor business that was the second incident that I had there a few months back got my nails gel not even a week later it popped off I went over and they said sorry must've been bad nail polish we did it and also charged me $28 I will not be going back there sorry that it had to be that way but I will go elsewhere read more

Hannah is incredible, whatever nail shape/design you show her she does not disappoint! I've never saw any other nail place with a more broad brand/color selection which I love and also they have a huge rhinestone assortment of all colors shapes assort. My fills last for weeks and I've never had an issue with any rhinestones fall off anytime on any design. I recommend this salon 100% along with Hannah but everytime I'm in its always busy so that says something about the business and all the employees read more

Honestly thought it was nice at first. I got an dip manicure.. which anyone who gets it knows it is not supposed to come off at all let alone chip until 4 weeks later. I got my nails done here on Wednesday and the next day my pinky nail polish completely came off. The next day after that my pointer finger was chipped on the top. Today I woke up to two more chipped nails. I feel like I was completely ripped off, and am so mad I could scream because I have to spend money on another manicure in the SAME WEEK.
