I went the day after Mother's Day to treat myself. The spa pedi was a timed 20 minute massage. They set a timer to show you. All they did was rub in the lotion no massage at all. She also took a phone call while the timer was on. Got a gel mani it took the same person all of 10 minutes if that to rush and put gel on. It's been not even a weeks time and the gel is peeling off. I'll never go back! Almost $100 was a total waste. read more

NJ is where we grew up and every time I am in town, I go to Air Nail Spa! They did my nails for my wedding and I loved them. I use their website to purchase electronic gift cards for all sorts of occasions from birthdays to Christmas. Highly recommend this spa! It is clean, the customer service is excellent, the people are kind, and they provide the services exactly as listed (if the pedicure includes 15 minutes of massage, they set a timer!). The only thing I wish was that the website includes more information to explain what each service includes. read more

I was very disappointed by Air Nails & Spa. My mother RAVES about this place- and continues to go there for pedicures. I figured since nail salons opened i would go with her to Air Nails instead of my normal place. I got a dip powder french manicure at the length of my real nails. The process was quick and the nails looked great, but the next day my thumb chipped. I went back the same day to have it fixed, thinking nothing of it. Two days later, another two nails chipped. I went back to have them fixed. At this point, I had been to the salón 3 times to get my $42 manicure fixed ($52 if you include my tip...) and at this present moment, it has been 6 days since my manicure and 3 of my nails chipped but all 10 of them have fallen off completely. The employees were very kind and offered to fix them again and again, but at this point it is more of an inconvenience to keep going out of my way. All this to say, never going back. My mom will continue to get her pedicures done there, but i will not be returning. read more

I've been looking for a nail place in the area that is not only clean and has a great variety in spa pedicures, but that also offers neck/shoulder/hand massage with services. Air is pricey compared to others in the area but completely worth it in my opinion. They even have packages where you can combine pedi/mani/chair massage. Highly recommend making and appointment because they get very busy. I was there on a Saturday and they only had 4 people working I saw many people have to turn away because of the wait time, but boy did they miss out!! read more

Well....wont be visiting here again. I was treated differently from everyone else the minute I walked in. 2 different associates wouldn't help me which had me sitting there 25 minutes past my appointment time. Every other patron was offered a massage during their sitting except for me. I have had my nails dipped at many salons and have never had to sit under a dryer which left my nails tacky for 20 minutes. When questioned she advised she put a gel top coat on. Horrible service and horrible customer service. I have never left a negative review for any reason anywhere before but I could not believe the service I received. I came in for a fill in for my acrylics. I showed the lady a picture of the design I wanted and asked her if she would be able to do it. She said yes when it turned out that she couldn't. I had to argue with her to put a nude base coat down she was Going to paint designs on top of my plain nail even though the picture shows a nude coat. She put on the lightest nude coat she could have found and it was basically transparent. The design came out horrible which I could have lived with but the nails are bumpy and crooked and slanted. I asked for a coffin shape and she didn't give me any shape at all they all look different. Just absolutely horrible. I told them I was very disappointed and was going to call them later because I had a lunch to get to. I called them back later asking them to fix my nails and that I wanted just a plain color. They never apologized and told me I would have to pay full price then hubc up on me. Horrible service do not go here. They have no respect for their customer satisfaction and ultimately do shitty work read more

Was hoping for a better first time experience here. Called on Friday for an appointment at 10am on Saturday for 2 pedicures for myself and my daughter. They open at 10. We arrived on time only to find all 4 techs already working on 4 other customers. When I told the woman who greeted us that I had an appointment for 10am, her response was, "Oh. I confused with these other two" assuming she meant 2 of the three ladies already having their pedicures. I asked if it was going to be a long wait and was told no. We sat for 20 min be fore they moved us to the pedi chairs. Waited another 5 min or so before one tech began working on my daughter, while the woman that greeted us took another woman, who arrived after us, for a manicure. So as I'm writing this, it's been 50 min. and counting and I still haven't been touched. My time is valuable, too. If I had just walked in, I would have expected to wait, but I specifically made an appointment at opening so that I wouldn't have to. Very disappointed. read more
