This has become our go-to late night dinner spot as they're open quite late. Be it for a warm hearty rice soup meal or some Korean fried chicken to share with friends, they're got options. Service is a little slow sometimes but whenever we go, they're usually quite understafffed and we're not in a rush so it doesn't bother us too much. The sides are kimchi, bean sprouts and potatoes which are all refillable. I have been going to this place for years. The new location is definitely better. There's more parking spots! I would recommend to always dine in if you can. You always want to enjoy KFC when it's the freshest and crunchiest. The chicken here is crunchy, moist and flavourful. The pork belly was good as well. This spot is bigger and can hold more people. After a nice day out, my friend was craving Korean and suggested this place. Was starving when we arrived so was super excited for fried chicken and Jap Chae. Upon arrival we were asked to sign in for Covid tracking, which was great. Didn't realize until it was too late but both of the server's did NOT wear masks which made me worried what was going on in their kitchen. We ordered a small order of boneless sweet and spicy fried chicken, jap Chae, and a seafood pancake. Had to ask for tea and we only got one complimentary side dish - pickled radishes. Was weird that we only got one side dish as usually multiples are included, or none at all. Fried chicken came and was super hungry and excited and it did not meet expectations at all. Chicken was only luke warm (not fresh), the breading was too thick, and it was not crispy at all. The sweet and spicy sauce wasn't bad but the fried chicken quality is better at 7-11, which isn't saying much. Jap Chae came and it was average. Big chunks of the yam noodles stuck together. Seafood pancake had decent filling but it was undercooked as both the top and bottom were soft and soggy, no signs of crispiness. As a starving person your food expectations are lowered but with 3 dishes for about $68 I felt disappointed, ripped off, and unsafe patroning this restaurant. I love this place. I've been coming here for years when it was further up north on North Rd. (you'd have to be Canadian to understand that this is not a typo). The new location is much more spacious. It's in a busier location where parking can be a pain in the I liked the old location because I could always stick my head in the kitchen on my way to the washrooms to thank Eonni/Oni for her wonderful chicken which brings joy to us all. The chicken here is amazing and of good value. I also like that they're open later for when I'm starving after a late shift. read more

If you haven't tried their Fried Chicken, you don't know what you're missing. Their fried chicken is to die for, crisply on the outside, tender in the inside. I often get the bone in regular, sometimes without bones, both are equally good. Their service is always friendly and good. The back bone soup, I go with the individual size, is just delicious! My brothers' birthday continued with another take out fried chicken feast from Ajuker. Tried out their soy sauce and sweet and spicy chicken (bone in) and was happy to say that it was not too oily, had a delicious flavour to the sauce and included both dark and white meat! The batter isn't very thick on the chicken here and I really like how you could eat more pieces without feeling stuffed. Unfortunately, the meat was a bit dry. Also got the kimchi fried rice which was a large portion and the spicy chicken with cheese which again was huge but was sitting in a pool of spicy oil. Understandable given its chicken, cheese and spice, but we had to scoop it out when packing it away as leftovers. It also included pieces of carrot and rice cakes which were a nice addition. First time here with friends as per recommendation by the neighbour barber shop and our experienced was good. The place is huge in space and not busy when we came in. Although this place has "fried chicken" in it's name, it does not have the best korean fried chicken. The first time we ordered from here (via Skip the Dishes), we got the original boneless chicken and the soy garlic boneless chicken and it was actually decent and you could taste the difference in flavours. However, yesterday we ordered from them 2 portions of the half and half boneless chicken and we only got 1. Not only did they mess up our order and Skip hasn't refunded us, the chicken was overly cooked and drenched in old oil that you could taste it and there was no soy garlic flavour or crunch. For $60 worth of fried chicken, we are extremely dissapointed, they could've at least given us our entire order instead of just half :/ read more

This place is a little whole in the wall and found it by accident. Probably some of the best fried chicken I have had. With skip the dishes I now can get it delivered which is nice. I really like the green onion fried chicken. Its fried chicken with a side of shredded green onions. Take some chicken with some green onions and some dipping sauce, rinse and repeat. Delicious. The sweet and spicy fried chicken is also a nice change for a punch of flavor. I get the boneless and large orders whenever I go. The regular is simply not enough but you'll definitely have leftovers with the large. Always ask for extra sauce. Also great to mix the fried chicken with rice and sauce. Have yet to try anything else on the menu because I always go for the fried chicken. I'll have to try some of the other offerings. Definitely recommend read more
