I was looking for a professional tax specialist on Yelp and Rosa reached out to me. I have a time…read moresensitive issue with the IRS & State Franchise Tax Board concerning a past tax return that was prepared and filed for me by some one else. Rosa offered to meet me on a Saturday (3 days from the initial contact from her) morning, which was great for me because of the time constraint I was in with my issue. I explained my situation to her and she eased my mind by explaining to me that my issue wasn't as bad as I thought it was. Rosa told me what I had to do to resolve the issue. Rosa being very patient with me (considering that I was late for our appointment) helped me by answering further questions I had concerning my specific filing situation and future tax preparation planning. Rosa is very professional and knowledgeable. Her demeanor makes you feel comfortable and at ease when she speaks to you and explains things to you. Our first meeting went well and I was satisfied with what we discussed and the advice she gave me. I'm pleased that I found Rosa, who will now be preparing my taxes. Thank you Rosa.
