I had Aboud come out to look at our house. We had questions in regards to the structural integrity of our home. He seemed very nice. He spent maybe 20 mins here and said everything was fine with our home and we did not have to do anything else and he wouldn't have to write a report.The 20 mins costs us over $400 with no paperwork written though he said if our house in deed had problems he would include the over $400 dollars toward the additional costs it would be for him to write a report. I actually tried to contact him shortly after he came to our home to tell him of additional issues and he never returned any of my messages. So really I feel like he ripped us off for all this money and now we will have to hire someone else to come out. I would definitely not recommend him with the experience we had and it's a shame it seemed like he had great reviews for others. It's horrible to take advantage of people in need. read more
