Well my car was down for repairs and I needed a ride to Olean. I called Waris transportation and…read moreeverything went good cause he said he would be right here to pick me up in 15 mins. That's great but the last good thing about this experience. 2 1/2 hours go by and owner Hussein shows up in a trashy van I get in and we head to the southern tier for Olean. I had to move garbage just to sit down in the back of the van and was wonder what the hell did I get my self into but by this time I'm already running late because of the time it took me to even get to me and pick me up. We travel south and I notice he is holding his phone against the steering wheel FaceTiming some guy speaking in their native tongue. At this time he is having a hard time holding this van in his lane and I lean forward and said maybe you should pay more attention to road before we get in an accident. Well when I leaned forward telling him this to my surprise he has his junk out beating his monkey to this guy. I said what the hell are you doing and he kept on getting it. Then there the deer standing there and he doesn't see it and he hits the deer The van is now not drivable and then a towing company shows and tows it is away. I explained to the tow truck driver what was going on and the tow truck tells me he drop me off in Olean After 10 mins we was in Olean and he was telling the tow truck driver that he wasn't paying him anything and proceeded to trash talk the driver. I got out and off they went. I got a call from waris wanting 250 for the ride and he was adding 100 to the ride because of his troubles of the job. By now you should be informed enough not to use this company.

Both locations are new and modern and there is a pharmacy on-site at both which is handy. When I forget to pick up an important Rx, I usually get a friendly phone call and they drop it off to me. The practitioners and staff are on the younger side and have fresh attitudes instead of former doctors that were old and just grinding out the same old thing. The whole experience feels more modern and patient focused. The Evergreen Health approach is open to all types of people and I live seeing people from the LGBT+ community there, but the atmosphere is inclusive and "traditional" families are equally at home. Imo, every practice should serve the full spectrum of a neighborhood's population. The care is top notch. I see that there are some negative reviews here ...and I have to say that it seems that there is more to the story than the person is telling... Like were they non+compliant with Rx or doctors orders or is there a behavioral problem? I recommend the practice to everyone that I know and I honestly believe that it is the best healthcare choice in our area

They always verify with me if it is ok to text, mail, leave a voicemail. I appreciate that. I have been a long time patient of Evergreen and do not trust my care with anyone else. From primary care staff, specialty care staff, to pharmacy services personnel, all physicians and nurses, and all other employees including those behind the scene, I watched them grow from a small one doctor practice into an awesome large revamped multi-specialty building still treating the same community....and then even more.
