Timothy rolls his eyes about his mother's "performance" when doing his laundry. Timothy does not care about his clients in equal measure. I've seen Carolyn, Julia, and Kay and each has brought their true A game. Carolyn is the business owner and you can tell she creates an environment where her stylists are respected and respectful of each other! However, this time the work wasn't as good as I expected, and the charges weren't proportional to what was actually done.
