Their video conference software for the $350, one-hour psych intake appt failed, and we ended up doing that call by phone. Dr. Molina was in a huge rush to get off that call--even though it should have been an hour--that it was disconcerting for us. He hung up after half an hour, leaving a lot our questions unasked and unanswered. The followup appointment was supposed to be in person. We drove 45 minutes to get there, only to learn that Dr. Molina had cancelled his in-person appts for the day, and no one had bothered to notify us. We had even scheduled it further out than desired so it could be in person, if I remember correctly. In the end, they sat us in a grubby office with an old laptop, and we did the appointment that way. On top of which, Dr. Molina's medication recommendations were neither useful nor evidence-based. Would not recommend. There are psychiatrists out there who are in it for the people and (not just) the money--find one of them.

When I contacted the company, it took them several days to call me back, only to tell me the product has a six-month warranty (even though the Amazon listing clearly stated one year when I purchased). They refused to provide manufacturer contact information so I could at least try to get it repaired, and their only "solution" was to offer a 10% discount on a new purchase. That's an insult, not customer service. This is an expensive medical device that should last more than a few short uses spread over two years. The company clearly stands behind their profits, not their products. If you're looking for a reliable recovery aid or a company that values its customers, look elsewhere. Bottom line: Worked for a few weeks, broke when I really needed it, and the company washed their hands of any responsibility. Buyer beware.
