Dr. Kohora is hands down the most genuine, understanding Dr. I have had the experience to have my…read morecare under. I am blessed my entire family goes to him and seeks his professional care and medical attention. Unfortunately, he is a high desired physician that makes it difficult to schedule with. Its also unfortunate that any time I have made calls to the Cl Clinic/ FFAM Practice office, the ladies are rude, quick to cut you off and disrespectful. If it weren't for Dr. Kohora's amazing patient care, I would seek treatment elsewhere. The office staff that answers calls need more patience, better understanding and possibly a more mature way of dealing with patients. Its a shame because a phone call is the 1st impression when scheduling an appointment.

I went for my new patient appointment, and everyone was perfectly pleasant. I don't have insurance, so he worked with me a little bit on that and also went over the test I was getting done to order them by priority, so if I couldn't afford all of them I knew which ones weren't critical. Dr. Diditch was the one I saw, and he was very personable. Quick and efficient, but didn't feel like he was skimping. I will need to get an ultrasound as well, and he talked me through how different hospital systems work with uninsured patients. Also, they give new patients a t-shirt, and I'm not a huge t-shirt person, but I really like theirs. And it's within walking distance to my house, so major bonus points.

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience needs to be shared…read more My 77-year-old sister had just finished a procedure and urgently needed to use the restroom. We were told the patient bathroom was occupied and unavailable, so she waited about 15-20 minutes in discomfort. A nurse then kindly told her she could use an employee restroom. As she tried to do that, Dr. Colin Moorhead suddenly intervened, raising his voice and telling her she could not use it--even though staff had already approved it. She had no choice but to go into the restroom due to urgency. He then attempted to open the door while she was inside. She had to hold it shut and lock it. Things escalated further when he turned to me--getting inches from my face, pointing, and yelling for me to "get the hell out." He then pushed me toward the door, continuing to shout in front of other patients and staff. This practice should be reviewed by the medical board. There are MANY other elderly patients that have left sinilar reviews.

She refused to accept my insurance card and mad me pay $250 cash. I can say as an officer of the court (I am a retired law professor) that obviously the other reviews are indeed accurate and this practice appears to be a sham. I recommend that any other patients who had a similar experience file a complaint with the State Medical Board of Ohio if they force you to pay cash and refuse to take your insurance.
