Exceptional customer service. Dr. Khetarpal is wonderful. I have been coming here for years to have…read moremy colonoscopies and endoscopes. I also saw Bonnie Mohler for the first time and really liked how she explained the issues I was having and what I needed to do to alleviate it.

Well, I just spent two days preparing, and a day of fun having a routine colonoscopy, only to be…read moretold that the results were inconclusive, and I should come back in six months for another one. My recommendation would be to cancel all upcoming appointments with this organization, until this office figures out how to do what they're trying to do. In my 64 years, this is the most unprofessional medical experience I've ever encountered. It certainly explains their 2.5/5 Google review rating. I wouldn't stay in a 2.5/5 motel, why would I go to a medical "professional" with that rating? I only wish that I would've seen that prior to scheduling with this office. The reason the results were inconclusive is because I precisely followed the two day prep, as instructed, by THEIR office, and my system was producing material that made it so they couldn't get a good results. As I was lying in the bed, prior to my colonoscopy, explaining to the lady that I hadn't eaten since Monday afternoon(this was Thursday morning), she shook her head and said something to the effect of: These two day preps sometimes don't work because your system starts producing material again. Apparently, that's exactly what happened. She even went as far to say that, in most cases, the insurance wouldn't cover the necessary second colonoscopy. The interesting thing was that as I lie in bed in preparation for the colonoscopy, I heard someone a few beds away, being told the exact same thing. At that point, I should've gotten up and walked out. To say I'm mad would be a complete understatement. I've wasted an entire three days only to be told that I have to do it again. There were two sets of instructions, both issued by their office. The set of instructions on the left begins between the hours of 6 and 9PM, two days before the procedure. The set of instructions on the right begins the moment you wake up, two days before the procedure. In preparation for this, I was mailed two different sets of instructions. The set of instructions on the right, with the two day prep, was the most recent one, so that's what I followed. The last time I had a routine colonoscopy, 14 years ago, I was required to drink one small container of prescription liquid the day before and had no issues. Why was this office issuing two different sets of instructions? Why did the nurses or prep staff know this was going to be a problem? Am I their guinea pig? Are they experimenting on me trying to figure out what works best? When you go to a medical professional, you'd like to think they have these things figured out. This was obviously not the case here. Feel free to contact me.
