This is the worst group of people. I would never recommend anyone. The accounts manager, Ana is a very rude and does not tell the truth.

Well, I just spent two days preparing, and a day of fun having a routine colonoscopy, only to be…read moretold that the results were inconclusive, and I should come back in six months for another one. My recommendation would be to cancel all upcoming appointments with this organization, until this office figures out how to do what they're trying to do. In my 64 years, this is the most unprofessional medical experience I've ever encountered. It certainly explains their 2.5/5 Google review rating. I wouldn't stay in a 2.5/5 motel, why would I go to a medical "professional" with that rating? I only wish that I would've seen that prior to scheduling with this office. The reason the results were inconclusive is because I precisely followed the two day prep, as instructed, by THEIR office, and my system was producing material that made it so they couldn't get a good results. As I was lying in the bed, prior to my colonoscopy, explaining to the lady that I hadn't eaten since Monday afternoon(this was Thursday morning), she shook her head and said something to the effect of: These two day preps sometimes don't work because your system starts producing material again. Apparently, that's exactly what happened. She even went as far to say that, in most cases, the insurance wouldn't cover the necessary second colonoscopy. The interesting thing was that as I lie in bed in preparation for the colonoscopy, I heard someone a few beds away, being told the exact same thing. At that point, I should've gotten up and walked out. To say I'm mad would be a complete understatement. I've wasted an entire three days only to be told that I have to do it again. There were two sets of instructions, both issued by their office. The set of instructions on the left begins between the hours of 6 and 9PM, two days before the procedure. The set of instructions on the right begins the moment you wake up, two days before the procedure. In preparation for this, I was mailed two different sets of instructions. The set of instructions on the right, with the two day prep, was the most recent one, so that's what I followed. The last time I had a routine colonoscopy, 14 years ago, I was required to drink one small container of prescription liquid the day before and had no issues. Why was this office issuing two different sets of instructions? Why did the nurses or prep staff know this was going to be a problem? Am I their guinea pig? Are they experimenting on me trying to figure out what works best? When you go to a medical professional, you'd like to think they have these things figured out. This was obviously not the case here. Feel free to contact me.

I have sent is 3 times already with the last attempt sent tracked and received in their office and it has not shown up on my credit card and I just got another statement. Life-Changing Experience with Dr. Drevna…read more Bladder incontinence is extremely embarrassing and stressful to deal with on a daily basis. Going to see Dr. Drevna and having the bladder sling surgery truly changed my life. At first, I could barely bring myself to walk through the door -- I almost drove away. I had to remind myself that these doctors deal with this every day and that I didn't need to feel ashamed. When the (very good-looking!) doctor walked in, I actually got even more nervous -- but once he started talking to me, I instantly felt more comfortable. His bedside manner is both funny and calming, which helped me relax right away. Dr. Drevna first suggested I try pelvic floor physical therapy before surgery. Walking into that appointment was hard too, but I'm so glad I did it. Physical therapy turned out to be incredibly educational. Honestly, every woman over 40 should go -- you learn exercises and habits that can make a real difference. Unfortunately, my busy schedule made it hard to keep up with regular sessions, so therapy alone didn't work for me. When I returned to Dr. Drevna to discuss surgery, I had to go through some tests to qualify -- including one involving a catheter. I was very nervous, but every nurse I encountered was kind, patient, and reassuring. They made the process so much easier and helped calm my fears. By the time my sling surgery day arrived, I wasn't nervous anymore. I felt ready and confident. Dr. Drevna even made me laugh that morning! I noticed he wore crosses around his neck, which gave me an extra sense of comfort and peace. The surgery went smoothly. My pain afterward was minimal -- maybe a 3 out of 10 from the small incisions. Now, I feel like I have the bladder of a 20-year-old! I highly recommend Dr. Drevna and his team. They were compassionate, understanding, and truly changed my quality of life. If you're struggling with bladder incontinence, don't be afraid to take that first step -- it's worth it.
