I have been a patient of Dr. Moorhead for over 15 years. As a provider myself I understand how…read moredifficult it can be to manage care and flow. I am consistently impressed by the office operations. I rarely wait more than 10 minutes in the waiting room. And often less than that in the exam room. Dr. Moorhead is attentive. She LISTENS! Something I find so rare these days. I am not a number or a diagnosis - I am a person! It is so refreshing to see healthcare work as it should. She is the epitome of what it means to be a caring physician.

Of the many doctors I have had in my life, Dr. Kelly Moorhead is by far the worst. Often, she did…read morenot even look at me once during an appointment. She is completely uninterested in her patients; instead, she talks endlessly about her kids and herself. She has told me stories about her daughter's C in chemistry, her son's first day riding the bus, her policy on letting her teenage kids drink alcohol - and we were not close, this was just standard for her. (She should not be saying anything about her kids to patients that she doesn't want circulated, I'm just saying). Meanwhile, she found out nothing about me or my health concerns. Every appointment, the only conversation was about herself. The clear motive for her practice is money; I was told inaccurate things about my insurance in order to try to get me to book different appointments on back to back days so that she could bill my insurance twice rather than once. (I called the insurance company to verify that this was not true.) When she makes mistakes, (which she will because she in completely inattentive) she will blame you. She lacks the introspection to consider the ways she and her practice are failing her patients. And when you leave her practice (because you will) she will charge you for every single page of your medical records, even though she received your previous medical records for free. I cannot waive you away from this doctor strongly enough; save yourself time and hassle and stay away.

Dr. Kohora is hands down the most genuine, understanding Dr. I have had the experience to have my…read morecare under. I am blessed my entire family goes to him and seeks his professional care and medical attention. Unfortunately, he is a high desired physician that makes it difficult to schedule with. Its also unfortunate that any time I have made calls to the Cl Clinic/ FFAM Practice office, the ladies are rude, quick to cut you off and disrespectful. If it weren't for Dr. Kohora's amazing patient care, I would seek treatment elsewhere. The office staff that answers calls need more patience, better understanding and possibly a more mature way of dealing with patients. Its a shame because a phone call is the 1st impression when scheduling an appointment.

They have a mixture of…read moreMDs and DOs which is nice because I wanted to see a D.O. and one just so happened to have the earliest available new patient appointment! I don't have insurance, so he worked with me a little bit on that and also went over the test I was getting done to order them by priority, so if I couldn't afford all of them I knew which ones weren't critical. Dr. Diditch was the one I saw, and he was very personable. Quick and efficient, but didn't feel like he was skimping. I will need to get an ultrasound as well, and he talked me through how different hospital systems work with uninsured patients. Also, they give new patients a t-shirt, and I'm not a huge t-shirt person, but I really like theirs. And it's within walking distance to my house, so major bonus points.
