We called a well-known company and were given a quote over the phone after stating that the dimensions (100" x 115"). Once they arrived, they stated that they could not clean our carpet for what they quoted on-line and that the cost would be double. We told them "no thank you" and moved on. We heard about Exclusively Yacht and Condominium from one of our many clients and thought, "Why not give them a call?" We gave the same dimensions and got the same quote the same amount as the well-known company. We were hesitant given the fact that we received the same quote, but we were going to take our chances once again. We asked if they could come on the weekend to avoid any weekday disruption to our operations. They stated that they could come on a Saturday and asked if they had access to our parking garage. When they arrived at the agreed upon time (9:30 a.m.), they were prompt, as well as professional in their cleaning of the rug. We were told that it would take approximately 2 - 2 1/2 hours to dry and they left. The next business day, we looked at the rug and it was clean and looked almost brand new again after nearly 10 years of use! We would highly recommend them for any carpet cleaning whether it's an office area rug, or on a boat or condominium. They get a 10 star in our book.

So a little over 10 years ago, when I had a huge ant and and black widow spider infestation, I really needed help! There were so many pest control companies to choose from , I really didn't know who would be best for the job! Luckily, there was a sticker in the garage of the house I was living in, that had TERMICON PEST CONTROL with the phone number! And even though they were located outside of my city, I figured they had been here before so, I called. I spoke with a very nice young lady that understood my panic and she arranged to have someone come out the next day at a very reasonable price! She was very kind and sympathetic to my fears and needs. The person that came out to my house , was very friendly and was able to explain exactly what he was going to do and where he was going to inspect to make sure he found as many pest problems as possible . At the time , I had two young kids and a puppy running around so, it was very important for me to have the safest and most effective chemical used. I saw a big difference in the first month and stuck to a monthly service in the summer and a little less in the winter. I liked that I didn't need to "sign up" with a contract and in fact, I never had to remember to make the appointment, I always got a follow up call to help me remember! I actually looked forward to confirming my appointments because I could always ask questions and add additional spraying if I needed . I find Termicon Pest Control to be very accommodating! Oh, and that "nice young lady" on the phone that first day ?... well it turned out she just happened to be the OWNER ! A pleasure to talk to and a nice touch to know how invested she is not only with her customers, but the business as well ! I would highly recommend this company if you are looking for a smaller, no nonsense and honest pest control company that can really get the job done!

When I got to my new apartment to check when I got home everything was a disaster. Still spider webs everywhere. The exterior of the cabinets were coded in grease. The bathroom was not touched whatsoever. They sent pictures acting as if they were cleaning but the work was just not there. When I cleaned the kitchen and exterior of everything myself the amount of dirt that still came off was disgusting. I would DEFINITELY NOT recommend. I would give 0 stars if I could. When I reached out expressing how disappointed I was even sending proof with pictures of all the dead bugs, all the dirty areas they didn't offer to come back to fix the mistake or some kind of reimbursement... it's been 2 weeks and I still haven't heard back from them. They completely ghosted me after I communicated my concerns... To top it all off I had to scrub my floors when that was included with the clean... I work 3 jobs with 2 kids and I honestly just wanted a clean space. Super disappointed and upsetting. I would definitely go with another cleaning service.
