I contacted them last fall when I heard critters in the wall. I said it sounded like a squirrel…read morebut I wanted my home pest proof and to get rid of any I had. I was told there had been bats in the attic and probably a squirrel in the wall. I said just pest proof it from everything before colder weather sets in. After they did the work which wasn't cheap I was still hearing critters. I was told if they got in they'd find a way out or die in the walls. Considering I'd just paid to pest proof the place and that's there business it wasn't the answer I wanted. I kept calling for something to be done and was mostly ignored. At one point they sent someone with a handful of mice bait stuff that you can get at a hardware store and told me they only bat proofed and squirrel proofed the place and I'd need to get a new quote for them to mouse proof it. Awful customer service, didn't do the whole job especially for the cost and I still have mice. I'd highly recommend using another company. I'm pretty sure I heard a squirrel again at one point to so apparently the work they did on that was shotty. For all the foam they added to spots to keep pests out too, I found areas they completely missed. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
