That company took over a week to even come see what the issue was, then when they finally did come they claimed the part of our furnace that needed replaced was obsolete and that we would need to replace the entire furnace. Well, we figured that's why we have a home warranty and assumed the warranty company would step in and do as it promised when we signed up. Long story short, after three weeks of that company and the warranty company going back and forth each giving us different stories and reasons as to why they couldn't get the job done we called B&B Heating and Cooling. Dave answered my call and came that same day. I explained to him our situation so he could have very easily kept with the story of the entire furnace needing to be replaced. Instead he was able to fix our furnace the very next day. We were literally shocked. He was not only kind but generous with his time as I know he had to squeeze our job into his very busy schedule. He was also honest with us about the age of our furnace and that it will probably need to be replaced in the next couple years, but being that he could readily fix the problem he did just that and let us know it would most likely give us a couple years to save for a new furnace.
