I then received a very rude email stating that my eyes were shaped "extremely different" (duh, I know that, that's why I'm seeking help), and that the surgery wouldn't be helpful. No suggestions for an in person consultation. If I look so "extremely" uneven, wouldn't you at least want to try to help me? Photos are limited for evaluation. Also, I just mentioned what one doctor suggested years ago. Obviously I don't believe that what was mentioned then is still what I need. I just finished medical school and honestly, I'm still so peeved and hurt by this unprofessional encounter I felt the need to write. Having a congenital eye disorder results in a lot of insecurities, and having a sensitive bedside manner is really important when helping potential patients. I felt awful about myself after this encounter and stopped seeking help for some time...I just hope whoever wrote that email has learned to be more sensitive towards vulnerable patients. The Front Desk staff is so helpful in accommodating in aspects - booking, questions, day of and follow-up. I opted to schedule the smart-lipo at this location for my love handles, hips and back bra line. It being a cosmetic procedure I was nervous to commit, but Dr. Falcone was realistic with expectations and which areas needed of mine needed work - which could be enhanced by her and which could be a goal to achieve. It never felt like she was trying to upsell me, it was talking with a friend to try and achieve real results. The procedure itself was long (4 hours) but again the staff was very helpful and made me feel comfortable during the entire process. I did feel a little pain and discomfort throughout but manageable, I was up and about the same day just took things a bit slower and wore my garment as told - 2 weeks total. You will see a visible difference that day and will continue to as your swelling lessens. For me personal, I really didn't notice the swelling, the hardest part for me would have been the showering and using the restroom as you will be sore and bruised from the pressure of the cannulas and removal. To help gauge the pain/downtime, I had the procedure on a Friday, back at work that Monday and ended up traveling from PA to NE/MN for a set of concerts the next week with little discomfort. Nothing an extra strength Tylenol couldn't help. Almost a month later, I am still healing nicely with a little pain and numbness (which is completely normal) but am happy with my decision as each day is better and better and I feel more confident in myself. I would recommend this procedure to anyone who needs a jump start in the right direction when diet and exercise aren't seeming to help. It was fairly affordable with minimal downtime. Dr Falcone, stick to your liposuction on sale, no need for 4 assistants for filler and watch your temper with your staff. My mother and I would NEVER return.

I first went to Look Great MD under their previous name about 5 years ago to remove two simple small black star tattoos. Maureen was able to successfully remove these tattoos in five treatments. Because the tattoos were small, I received lidocaine and the process was relatively painless. As my previous results were so great, I returned again to remove another tattoo-- this one much, much bigger. It saved me a lot of time and money to do it without the lidocaine, and it is extremely painful. I've had four treatments so far and I've seen good results, but due to the complexity of this tattoo, it will require more than five treatments this time to fully remove it. Do you want a tattoo removed? I do recommend coming here and asking for Maureen. I saw a comment mention that the area was white after the tattoo was removed-- this is normal! My skin took maybe up to 2 years after my final treatment for the pigment to return. You need to be very proactive in taking care of the area after treatment to avoid infection. And as I've previously mentioned, these treatments can be very painful! But if you really want your tattoo removed, you can bear through it (just bring a loved one who doesn't mind having their hand squeezed off!)

Fast forward a couple years, and I develop a rash in my armpit and a cyst on my thigh all within a few weeks of one another. The rash was getting worse so I decided to make an appointment with a skin specialist. On the day I decided to do this, the office was closed, but I found you could schedule your own appointment via ZocDoc, which I did, for the very next day! The front desk staff were extremely nice, and the medical assistant who worked with me was even more kind. I'm kinda mad at myself that I forgot her name, but she was great. Ari Gordon was the PA who saw me, and he gave me answers/advice/prescriptions for all of my problems. While I was there I figured I'd also get a wart on my toe treated, which he did while doing his best to be supportive through the surprising amount of pain the cryotherapy caused. Instead, I was essentially down and out for more than two months. More importantly, I saw little to no improvement after 6-8 months, and my abdomen now appears distorted. I returned several times for treatment, including steroid injections, and was told to return in January 2026 because they had run out of medication. I was also told the office would schedule a folllow up with Dr. Park would regarding correcting the issue, but I never received a call back. I was trying to avoid surgery, which is why I chose Sono Bello in the first place. Unfortunately, I am left disappointed with the results and, most importantly, the lack of follow-up to address the problem.
