When I called to understand what happened, I was given inconsistent and unconvincing explanations. First, I was told the system flagged me as a bot, which does not align with how the appointment was booked. Then I was told I may not have confirmed the appointment--also incorrect. The lack of transparency was frustrating, but even more concerning was the complete absence of accountability. Customer service was particularly poor. The representative I spoke with (possibly named Theresa) was dismissive, unhelpful, and showed little interest in resolving the issue or acknowledging the inconvenience caused. While the quality of services may be strong, the administrative side of the business is clearly disorganized and undermines the overall experience. Reliability and basic communication should not be this difficult.

As you can imagine, hunting down a surgeon you trust to do a revision rhinoplasty is not mentally or financially easy. After a few sessions/appointments with this office, I can confidently say after my last visit that I am no longer interested in returning. On top of that, some of the procedures are much more expensive here than other locations. I am keeping this review somewhat vague and summarized to avoid making it too many paragraphs. Overall, I cannot label this facility as unprofessional, but what I can say is there was a consistent feeling of uncomfortable energy when I came by for appointments. It began to feel like I was bothering Dr Pontell when I would make comments or ask questions in person. This is definitely not the vibe I want from someone potentially doing an expensive surgery on my face.

I was not…read morecontent with the increasing asymmetry and tired appearance of my eyes as well as witnessing office drama with my latest surgeon. I chose Dr. Lee's practice because of favorable reviews. I'm an adopted Asian American woman (I will be 50 this year) and was having a difficult time connecting with any surgeon that a natural and less evasive approach was what I wanted. I also desired a local physician. Upon meeting Dr. Lee and his capable staff while sitting in his naturally lit treatment room, I was hopeful. Dr. Lee's recommendations (right upper eyelid surgery , both lower eyelids and a silhouette lift mid-face) for me has resulted in a much needed boost in my confidence in as little as 1 month and gaining as I continue to heal beautifully. I am very grateful to have Dr. Lee and his sweet support staff as a valuable resource. They have managed to help me make my transformation remarkably seamless.

I did so and mentioned what a previous oculoplastic surgeon recommended after surgery with him. I then received a very rude email stating that my eyes were shaped "extremely different" (duh, I know that, that's why I'm seeking help), and that the surgery wouldn't be helpful. No suggestions for an in person consultation. If I look so "extremely" uneven, wouldn't you at least want to try to help me? Photos are limited for evaluation. Also, I just mentioned what one doctor suggested years ago. Obviously I don't believe that what was mentioned then is still what I need. I just finished medical school and honestly, I'm still so peeved and hurt by this unprofessional encounter I felt the need to write. Having a congenital eye disorder results in a lot of insecurities, and having a sensitive bedside manner is really important when helping potential patients. I felt awful about myself after this encounter and stopped seeking help for some time...I just hope whoever wrote that email has learned to be more sensitive towards vulnerable patients. PS I lived 10 min from the office at the time I asked about a consultation.

I had explant surgery with Dr. Bottker in July 2025. I had 20 year old implants removed to improve…read moremy comfort & quality of life. Not knowing anyone who'd had explant surgery I couldn't get a referral/recommendation, so after much research I went to Dr. Bottger based on reviews I found on several websites. At my first post-surgical appointment, the day after surgery, I told Dr. Bottger I didn't feel right. I felt extremely uncomfortable tightness around the bra strap line--I felt like I was wearing a bra several sizes too small. Dr. Bottger told me this would go away as I healed. At my two week post-surgical appointment I told him I was still feeling that extreme tightness & he basically gave me the same response: it would go away with time. This severe discomfort has not improved. I saw Dr. Bottker for the last time in Nov 2025. He told me he didn't know what the problem was. He did an ultrasound & said he saw nothing. He suggested an MRI, which my insurance won't cover & would cost me $1000. He told me to try to get the MRI without using my insurance & it might be cheaper. So after spending $14K on this surgery I'm supposed to invest who knows how much to find out why it went wrong??? Dr. Bottger's only other solution was to send me to a pain management doc. I still have no idea how a pain management program would help me. That wouldn't solve the problem, it would just mask it. In any case, Dr. Bottger said he'd refer me to both a pain management doc & another surgeon for a second opinion. His office in Newtown Square is about an hour from my house. I have a really intense job & it's really tough to take time off, so I asked him to refer me to docs closer to me so I wouldn't have to lose 1/2 day from work. His receptionist called me a few days later with referrals in the Newtown Square area. I'm not sure if he just disregarded my request or has that little regard for my time. Dr. Bottker's cavalier attitude about my money, time & health has been disappointing & disturbing. I guess now that he has my $14K in the bank I no longer matter. So here I am, 7 months after a $14K surgery that was supposed to improve my life, but I'm much more uncomfortable than I was before the surgery & it's negatively impacted almost every aspect of my life. I used to do yoga 3-4 times a week but I've been unable to do it since the day before the surgery--I can't even contemplate doing a plank or a pushup. I can't sleep well b/c I can't get comfortable. There are many day to day things I can no longer do b/c of either the discomfort or fear of making everything worse, or both. This surgery has pretty much destroyed my life. Evidently I'll be spending the rest of my life in severe discomfort & won't be able to do anything that requires even the slightest physical exertion.

I am SO happy with my results, thank you! I work in a field that can rely heavily on "gut…read moreinstinct," so if I ever get that feeling, I am out. I was nowhere near that feeling at any point when meeting with Dr. Bottger and his wonderful staff! I truly cannot believe I went through this process considering I had to practically be dragged in to get my Covid vaccine, so that goes to show how easy, painless, and comfortable Dr. Bottger's office made this for me. Thank you!

While I was in the waiting room, the front desk associate was openly telling others she's a 40-year-old woman "stuck in a teenage body," which felt unprofessional and off-putting for a adult woman to infantilize herself. When Nicole brought me back, she immediately said I wasn't a candidate for laser and instead needed under-eye filler. I made it clear I wasn't interested, but she continued to push the idea and even brought in a surgery coordinator. The coordinator then criticized my previous filler, saying it caused puffiness, and made a comment about cannula placement that felt unnecessary and confusing. Apparently the cannula needs to touch the lower eyelash. What didn't make sense to me was why I was told I wasn't a candidate for laser, yet was being strongly steered toward filler--especially when they themselves pointed out puffiness.... I drove over 2 hours to go to the "best of the best". Overall, the experience felt pushy and unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend.

My breast implants were put in by another doctor years prior and I just didn't like them anymore - they were too large for my frame, one bottomed out, and exercising and finding cute clothes became difficult. After extensive research I decided to see Dr. Stark for a consultation. He immediately made me feel better by listening to my concerns, offering various surgical options, and setting realistic expectations. Excellent bedside manner too - on surgery day, he came to see me before going into the OR and then called to check in later that night (my original surgeon did not do that). Recovery was a breeze and I could not be happier with the outcome! The entire process from scheduling to after care was pleasant. His staff is very friendly and caring. Dr. Stark is incredibly talented and offers natural, beautiful results. Highly recommend!

With years spent in front of a camera as a model and on a PBS series( when much younger) I am highly attuned to the youthful contours of my face. After visiting 5 offices of highly recommended specialists in facial rejuvenation, and being unsatisfied with the unnatural look from the placement of fillers and botox, I was convinced that a natural, healthy and realistically rejuvenated face was not achievable. Two years went by before I decided to venture to see Dr Stark after my own extensive research. From my first impression of his welcoming new offices, to meeting his warm and authentically caring staff, I knew the experience was going to be unique. And it was- Dr Stark is a gentle human being with lovely bedside manner and kind green eyes- he is easy to talk with- listens and looks with intention, hearing and seeing what it is you are hoping for(in my case, to retain natural contours and restore fullness). After hearing his recommendations, I felt confident he had truly understood my desired outcome and, indeed, his recommended placement just incredibly, absolutely worked wonders. Now I see myself, as I did 10 years ago, as a result of Dr. Stark's beautifully executed and restoring use of fillers and botox. What he can achieve with fillers that I have had poor experiences with in other Dr's hands before, is artistry. We have outlined a skin rejuvenation plan that includes facials and Halo laser treatments , I am so thankful to have found the Dr and the environment I had only hoped existed. Dr. Stark is one in a million.
