I have made such progress and am so impressed with their personal approach to me while doing my therapy. They are so sweet and caring and also very professional with what they do. They are up on everything to make sure I get the best of care and keep in touch with my drs. They always do a "check in" with me each time I go before we start to see how I'm doing as far as my pain level or any other issues. They also cheer you on and get as excited as I do when I'm able to take a step or steps forward and when there's been a few rough bumps and have had to take some steps back or an easier day and not as much they still reassure me it's ok and it's normal not to beat myself up. Absolutely frustrating to the point I just recently had to report this to the VA. They thankfully referred me to a much better practice. The medicine was good, but the service was terrible. I came in for Dysport after seeing an Instagram ad (rookie mistake). From the moment I walked in,…read moreit felt more like a chaotic wellness retreat than a med spa. Why am I getting weighed and having my blood pressure taken for a cosmetic neurotoxin? Spoiler alert: none of that mattered. They pitched me hard -- upsold me before even explaining the pricing. I ended up with 95 units of Dysport (allegedly), which sounded high, but I figured they were just being aggressive with sales. For reference, my friends get half that amount for the same treatment areas -- forehead and glabella -- and see actual results. I saw... nothing. Fast forward to the follow-up: the nurse told me I'd need even more units. At this point, I'd already paid $350 and wasn't about to drop another dime. They didn't offer to correct it, didn't acknowledge that maybe something was off, and definitely didn't act like customer satisfaction was a priority. I've had Botox and Dysport before. I know what proper post-care looks like. I followed every instruction to the letter -- and still, the results were underwhelming at best, nonexistent at worst. Bottom line: you're not getting what you pay for, and you're definitely not getting what they promise. Don't be fooled by the social media sparkle. There are plenty of reputable med spas out there. This one just isn't it.
