I like the two pronged approach consisting of treatment by Dr Creel followed by a physical therapy type exercise routine.

I am a wimp when it comes to needles…read more Don't tell me you're going to poke me with a needle. Don't show me a needle. Don't use the word "Needle" and my name or any of my body parts in the same sentence. Dr. Fraizer can stick a needle in my spine anytime it's necessary. That's how good he is. I've had trouble with my neck for years but always figured it was stress and therefore just tight muscles, get a massage, it will go away (which it never did but I chalked that up to I'm a wimp for deep tissue massage so I rarely did the massage thing). Anyway, when my right hand started going numb and falling asleep every time I lay down ... and not just that "my hand's asleep tingling" type tingling, but such a deep "sleep" that it was very painful. To the point of waking me up every half hour and having to get up to stop the tingle. When I finally asked my family doctor about it, he sent me to Dr. Fraizer. After x-rays and MRI's, they found several issues with my spine and one of the problems is pinching of the nerves that run to my arms/hands. Solutions: Drugs. Surgery. Inject steroids to reduce the swelling that is causing the pinching. I can tell you that the mere mention of "...inject steroids in the cervical spine ..." made me want to imitate Eddie Murphey in Trading Places ("OMG! I can walk! It's a miracle!") as I was running out of his office. Dr, Fraizer assured me that I would NOT feel a thing. And this is a man true to his word. I did not feel a thing. I never saw the needle. I never felt the needle. And I can turn my neck to a degree that I haven't been able to for quite a while. My hands have only gone to sleep twice since the injection. And aside from the needle issue, Dr. Fraizer was friendly, professional and very thorough. He took the time to show me exactly what was going on, pointing out on both the x-rays and the MRI the areas that were damaged and that he was working on. Hopefully the injection will take care of the problem indefinitely and we won't get to the surgery phase. If that becomes necessary, however, I have no worries that Dr. Fraizer will do an excellent job! He deserves my first 5-star rating.

Very busy but I can always get same day or next day appointments if needed. He also has other doctors in in office such as Orthopedics, neurology, spine surgeon, chiropractic, and physical therapy. Definitely a one stop shop!

I'm unique in that Dr. Deb Holubec has treated me (15 years ago) and my daughter (the last three…read moreyears). I didn't see much benefit from her treatments as the epidural steroid injections didn't have a positive effect. My daughter, however, has several chronic illnesses and has had more extensive procedures at RPC. Dr. Deb did the WRONG SIDE of her back the last time she had a rhizotomy. She woke up in excruciating pain after the procedure on the healthy side of her back. After realizing her mistake, Dr. Deb put her back under to do a few areas on the correct side, but she couldn't completely do it because "It would be too much" for my daughter. Fast forward a couple of years later, my daughter is now 17 and leaving for college in a month. She hoped to get the procedure done again because her pain had returned. If you have chronic pain/illnesses, then you know how challenging the entire physician process is - and the reason we were willing to try her again. I call to make an appointment, but they insist on a referral. I explain our insurance doesn't require it and am told, "It's an office policy." So... despite the urgency, I get in quickly with our orthopedic doc; he rolls his eyes at the policy/requirement but sends the referral over. I follow up with Dr. Deb's office to make the appointment, and this NIGHTMARE of an office admin, Dorothy (?), tells me they won't see Ashlyn if we don't show Ashlyn's insurance card. She's a minor and doesn't have an insurance card. We've always used mine or my husband's. Besides, we've never been asked for this - not once. Not at MAYO CLINIC or any of the 100s of appointments I've taken my daughter to in the last five years. I ask her to work with us because we're in this time crunch, and the best she's willing to do is put my daughter "down as self-pay." I tell her we're not self-pay, we have valid insurance. No one has ever demanded this before. Then this NIGHTMARE tells me to go to a military base and get a card; otherwise, it will be self-pay. She argues with everything I say, even about Ashlyn getting the procedure we seek. She rudely talks over me and everything I try to say. She refuses to let me talk to someone else in the office. Finally, I tell her I want to speak to Dr. Deb, and she says, and I quote, "Dr. Deb is not going to speak to you unless you have an appointment." I tell her to remind Dr. Deb that my daughter's back is the one she screwed up and performed on the wrong side and to call me (wondering now if she even knows who that is or how often this happens.) Still waiting for my call. I've dealt with difficult people, but this office admin is a straight-up B, and no one should have to deal with her when seeking care for themselves or a family member. She's in the wrong field. From other reviews (check Google, too), she is a long-standing, known problem, and the physicians here simply don't care. Poorly done Regional Pain "Care" Center.

If I am having a problem or question, I text him and he calls me within minutes! He was willing to prescribe Ivermectin for me while my primary physician literally told me "Take Tylenol every 6 hours and if that doesn't work, go to the hospital" No joke. If you need COVID support, please reach out to Dr. Holubec!
