He was not efficient because he was not used to using the equipment. I got a receipt that I had paid and it gave a date when the work would be complete and a note that said Michael's would call. Several days after the promised date I hadn't heard so I called them. Yes, my work was ready for pickup. When I got it home I discovered the mat was not 8x8. I spent at least 30 min trying to cut it down. Other frame work will be going elsewhere!

The classic whoopie cushion and the floating chair were eye catchers but the most interesting thing was the quarter glued to the floor at the entrance of the shop.
