Damn, Gina! (Gina M). You jinxed me, girlfriend! So, I've used Air Park a good handful of times, and so I finally yelped them. But then, upon my return to my beloved Htown, I was let down by my trusty Air Park. As soon as I spotted my luggage tagged with my cute, little dangle-y monkey charm, I quickly phoned Air Park to let them know I was ready to roll. "There's a shuttle around the corner," says the dispatcher. "They should be approaching you soon." Suh-weeeeet! Ten minutes pass, no shuttle. So I walk around with my bags in tow. Like I've mentioned many of times before, I have terrible vision, so I scoped out the scene to see if I overlooked the bright blue bus. Nope. Not here. So I call again. Apparently, they missed me by a few seconds or so, and now they were sending another. It took more than 30 minutes to *finally* catch a shuttle. And as Gina M mentioned, all the while other shuttles with cute little pink piggies and other parking services passed on by--multiple times. It was cold and windy outside, not to mention I had dinner plans with a friend. This doesn't completely turn me away from Air Park, but the entire time I sat there gazing--and shivering--at buses passing by, I spotted the bus Pre-Flight with a $4.99 web special. That's around half of what I paid with Air Park. I think I'm gonna try them next time. read more

Yes, it's covered parking which is great! And yes, it's not far from the airport.... BUT how long does it take to show up to pick us up? How long does it take to get to/from the airport? Their service is slow and inefficient. They seem to have ONE driver who goes to all the terminals and then back to the parking lot. If you happen to miss him, be ready to wait 20+ minutes, and then you will go to all the terminals. It's slow slow slow. Also, we got to one terminal and the driver deicded to get out and look for the person who had called. You have to call to get picked up. Pain. The driver was pervy. This was a 15 person van and my husband and I were the only people in the back. The last (3rd) person we picked up was a young lady in a short skirt. He told her she had to sit in the front seat, even though he had to move stuff to let her sit there and there were 3 empty rows in the back. I wonder why. Icky. read more

Travelled last weekend and needed a place to park and fly. We searched the area and AirPark seemed to be the cheapest. We drove up and we were asked covered or uncovered, we chose uncovered. We were givin a ticket and parked very close to the main entrance. Within minutes a van pulled up and took our bags. They were placed in the back and we advised which airlines we were flying. The driver took off and we heard our luggage toss around in the back. We got to the terminal & took our bags. Driver gave us a card and told us to call when we collect our bags. On the wasy back, I called while waitng to get our bags, he asked which terminal and told us to go to south waitng area. We waited 15 minutes and same driver came with same van. We sat and were joined by many other travelers this time. When we were getting close to Airpark, he asked where were our cars, one person spoke out, turns out he wrote our location on back of card, I did not recall him telling me that. When we got our bags, no one was tipping, and I pulled my bag myself, they were under other bags. When going to pay, we gave our ticket and were told $14! We dropped our car Thursday afternoon and picked it up Sunday afternoon.What a deal! So this place is not the fanciest, transport is not the comfiest van, and communication is limited, but you can't beat the price! read more

Inconsistent service.. from good to bad.. Traveling with family and a baby. While leaving the car at the covered parking lot on early morning, Sep 21, Saturday. The driver saw us waiting with the luggage, and a baby, he won't pick us up. I had to walk to the entrance and talk to girls there. They were nice enough to arrange another shuttle in less than 10 minutes. The driver of this another shuttle also won't talk to us. He just came and opened the doors so that we can load the luggage. He did not offer to load the luggage for us. When at the airport, he just opened the doors so that we take the luggage out. On return , around midnight after more than 20 minutes of wait, this lady greeted us, and also helped us load the luggage, and even trying to pick luggage more than her size which I did not let her do.. checking out was hassle free, and we got a good rate.. Another Groupon parker here and all I can say is, we had no problems, hassles, or complaints using AirPark. Emailed them as requested through Groupon and received prompt confirmation that our dates worked. Found it, parked, and the shuttle was there to pick us up before we had fully unloaded the car. Upon return I called for pick up after we got our luggage and they told us where they would meet us. We waited no more than 5 minutes for pick up. Car was in good condition and had clearly been washed. Paid our $4 in taxes and left. Nothing at all to complain about and I would absolutely consider using them again. read more

Prices are very reasonable, the place/location seems secure, and works are very helpful. Prior Yelpers are a bit bothered by having to call someone to pick you up; however, I kinna liked knowing that someone would pick me up when I called. My only problem is that I WAS IN THE WRONG LOCATION when the shuttle arrived. However, the driver waited very patiently for me. I waited about an hour for the shuttle on my return at Bush Intercontinental Airport. There was only one driver working the route. I initially saw the shuttle as I exited the airport, I waved to the driver and he signaled back telling me to go to pickup station #4, I walked to station #4 while he made his way thru traffic. I arrived at station #4 and waited and then I saw the shuttle stop at the second exit door in terminal D and he started picking up passengers there. By the time he arrived at station #4 the shuttle was full. He told me that there was another shuttle behind him but that was inaccurate. I have read many bad reviews about this place, but I had the total opposite experience here. I had great service here, and I will be trying this place again. I left my car here for about 12 days and it was just 50 bucks not bad. When we arrived we were instantly attended by the gate attendant. I gave her my confirmation form and she directed me where to park. It was covered parking so when we got to our parking spot a bus was already waiting for us to take our bags. We got to the airport in good time and our driver gave me a paper that had their contact information and instructions so when I come back I know what phone number to call for them to pick me up. After 12 days I arrived in the morning and I had to go to work that same day so I had to make it back to the parking lot quick. After going through government screening I called them and they answered quickly, I informed them where I was and they said they are sending a driver now and will be there in 5 minutes. After leaving the baggage claim right when I walked out of the airport the bus was waiting for me on the side. I walked up to the bus and the driver got my bags and took me to the parking lot. It was all very surprisingly quick. My driver helped me put up my bags when I got to my car. I paid at the exit and off I went. It was quick, easy, convenient, and the customer service couldn't get any better it was great. I recommend this place! read more

Oh Miss Farrah. I so have to disagree with you on this review. Getting TO the airport terminal is one thing. Getting a ride BACK to your car is quite another. Nothing is so long is the final ride home after a trip. On one recent trip, we used Air Park service and we waited OVER an hour to get a ride back, while all the Parking Spot and cute piggy vans shuttled their passengers back and forth every few minutes in front of our weary eyes..... My internet search for IAH parking came up with Air/Park IAH to have a rate of $4.50/day for covered parking. A phone call confirmed the rate and I was told that, with taxes, for 5 days, would be a total of $24. I even asked her twice to confirm that rate was for "covered" parking. When we arrived, the sign upon driving in said $5.99/day. My husband did not want me to argue the point, so we proceeded in to park. When we returned, we waited for the shuttle, and waited, and finally my husband noticed on the business card they gave us that we had TO CALL THEM to get them to come. Do you think the driver who dropped us off could have advised us of this variation from the normal airport shuttle procedure? Would have been pretty simple for them to have offered that courtesy, since no one else does it that way! We will NEVER, EVER, use this parking lot again. I decided to use this place due to the groupon of $14 for 3 days of covered parking and a car wash (not bad!). Getting a shuttle once you're ready to be picked up from your car can be a disaster. I waited about 7 minutes and no one came, quite a difference from Park 'N Fly (who sometimes come too quickly for me - ironic I know). Not a shuttle was in sight in the entire parking lot. I walked onto a shuttle and people were actually on it. So, I had to ride around the parking lot while they're all being dropped off. It should be noted you need to call this place upon arrival when you return, so it's not like other parking lots who routinely circle the terminal. I actually prefer this. Impressively, from the time I called to the time I was picked up, the shuttle arrived in terminal A in 10 minutes, so not bad at all, especially for my first time using this company. The car was actually washed, based on the spots left on the back window and small drying puddles throughout the lot. They weren't too noticeable (was trying hard to see if the car was in fact washed). One thing to note is that my car's side view mirrors bend inwards. It wasn't until I pulled out of the parking spot (but not far down the row) that I saw someone had put them inwards instead of the proper place. Good thing I noticed before I started driving on the road! Originally I was going to give two stars for the hassle upon arrival, but I've added a star for the pickup from the terminal. It should be noted if you are using the groupon, understandably you will need to pay the airport tax ($2 and some change). I completely forgot about this, and I was the idiot who stuffed my wallet in the carry-on luggage in my trunk. So, I had to get out of the car, pop open the trunk, and rummage for money. To be fair...I've only had ONE experience with this shuttle company, however when I do use them again, i'll post are re-review for sure. However, as for my first goes, it was great. I booked using airportreservations.com which basically scours every park n fly type facility near the airport of selection and shows you based on price. They were the cheapest, and I had a coupon that waived the $5.00 website service fee, so figured "why not?" We had paid for uncovered parking, however, it being the long weekend, the uncovered parking was all full so the girl instructed us to park in the covered area free of any additional surcharge (woopee) the shuttle promptly took us to the IAH, dropped us, and gave us a little piece of paper with our parking spot number on it. On the way back, I called them to come pick me up. However, as I stepped out, I saw a shuttle van waiting right outside so I ran and caught it. The driver dropped us off first at our car, and we paid on our way out. Within 50 minutes of the plane landing, we were home even though the drive itself is 35 minutes from the aiport to our house. Granted, however, we had no luggage (just hand carry ons) , and the shuttle was already outside the baggage claim area and our plane was on time. Either all the stars in the universe aligned themselves to make sure everything went right for me, or maybe their service has improved? Not sure...but I'll definitely update my review if my next experience is not the same.. For now, a good solid 4 stars! read more

We had a pretty good experience with AirPark. The car drop off procedure was pretty painless since we did it all online. Remember to print your confirmation! We were assigned a parking row and we got there in good timing because the shuttle was right there. The driver dropped us off right to our terminal and she was pretty pleasant. When we got back to Houston after our trip, we called for the shuttle and they arrived in the time frame they said they would (~10 minutes). The van was a little tough to spot since it wasn't distinct like other parking services (like The Parking Spot) so that was a minor annoyance to us. We waited about 3 minutes for a few other passengers before the driver dropped us right in front of our parking spot, which we appreciated. We'll likely use this AirPark again. The price was good and the customer service was great. I just wish they would update their vans! They look so old and run down :( read more

I didn't have a Groupon, but I did an online search for airport parking, and I came across this place. They had the lowest rate for covered parking ($4.99/day), so I checked out the Yelp ratings, and decided to go ahead and give them a try. Overall, the experience was ok, but getting to the airport was easier than getting home. The gentleman who drove the shuttle to the airport was quite pleasant, and efficient. I managed to snag a parking space REALLY close to the front, so the wait for a shuttle was literally about 30 seconds. True story. I was actually still pulling my little suitcase out of my car when the shuttle pulled up. He got me to the airport in plenty of time. But the drive FROM the airport is a different story. The shuttle took about 20-25 minutes from the time I called to arrive at the terminal. I was starting to worry that they'd forgotten about me; in the meantime, the shuttles from all of the other parking lots came and left at least three times. This was kind of a pain, since it was Mother's Day, and I still had to drive another 90 minutes in order to spend time with my mommy. And once the driver got there, I was pretty much white knuckling the rails the entire ride back. Yikes. This guy acts like he learned how to drive in the NASCAR circuit. Add to that a recent back injury that occurred while I was out of town and a lack of good shocks on the bus, and you can imagine I wasn't a happy girl. BUT, I did make it back to the lot in one piece (miraculously). And I was offered a complimentary bottle of water on my way out of the lot. That was considerate. Overall, I'd probably give this place another try, as long as Mario Andretti isn't my driver again. At least not until my back is better. read more

You get what you pay.... called for pickup as I landed. They asked if I have luggages in my hand... (as if don't call if.u are not ready). Waited an hour... while I am seeing all the parking companies come and go.... again and again. Called second time and the guy explained they have ppl to pickup..... (isn't this true for all park/fly companies?).... Finally a cargo van type shows up (not an airport shuttle)... driving slowy without stopping... and almost left!!!! I had to wived the driver to stop!!!! I tried several companies... this is the worst!!!! This will be first AND last time I will use this company. If you want something cheap... go for it. I parked here after using a groupon, so the price was good, but after seeing other prices in the area it was only a marginal deal, but still a deal. It could have been a good deal, because I was supposed to get a car wash. I showed up to get my car after 5 days and it was a lot dirtier than I left it! I forgot the car wash was included so I had washed the car only 5 days earlier, and they instead dumped dirt water all over the car while I was gone and didn't rinse. It was really frustrating to have wasted money on the first car wash. So far no response from the manager about that one. I guess they forget the point of the groupon is to attract new customers to impress them to use their service again. Likely would not use them again based on the many negative reviews and many other competitive companies there offering more for comparable pricing. Well, I want to share my experience in this parting lot. Generally, it's good. My flight departure at 7:00am. And I reached this parking lot at 05:30am. t's covered parking lot. Looks very clean. The shuttle driver picked me up immediately after I parked my car. He is nice guy and help me to pick up luggage. Without his remind I would forget my luggage in trunk. When I was in the car I told driver my gate is C gate and I need to go to terminal C. But he said :" no, all the UA fights are in terminal A, u need to go inside firstly and then find C gate." At that time I doubted about it since I always take flights from IAH to everywhere. But I didn't say sth cuz I got confused and he always drop off ppl, so maybe he knew IAH more than me. And then we started pleasant talk. But when I reached terminal A and passed the security check, I found I was right. My gate is in terminal C. and I had to take airport train to go to terminal C. Maybe that's the only point I didn't feel so satisfied. But except it everything is good. This driver is so friendly and helpful. Just took 10mins from I parted my car to drop me in airport. Especially in such early morning. So I really appreciate it. Ok, when I went back and called the parking lot to pick up me. Just waited for 5mins and then I saw the shuttle is in front of me. That's really good. ( I had bad experience before in another parking lot. God , I really waited for 1 and half hour for the shuttle, and I ever choose that parking lot any more, no manner how cheap it is). This driver took 8mins to go back to parking lot. That's also very good. But I need to mention one point the shuttle is a little bit old, so if drive too fast the back seats would be so comfortable. She drop me in front of my car. Everything is good. Cuz I paid online so I just showed security guider my email receipt and then left this parking lot. Yea, they are not perfect. I booked a reservation online for 3 days and the total cost came out to 17.50, which I thought wasn't bad at all. When we arrived at the gate, we were immediately greeted and told where to park. Our driver was already there so we got to the airport in not time. When we arrived back to Houston I called for a pick up like I was told to do so and same thing, driver was already waiting and made it back to the parking lot quickly. Both drivers were very nice and friendly and the staff at the gate were very patient. Definitely recommend this place! read more

This is the cheapest airport parking we have found in Houston. We have reserved a spot online on a busy weekend but usually just go there and they have space available. A couple of the drivers seem to hate their jobs and mostly just grunt when you try to converse with them, but that may be due to the junky old vans they have to drive all day. The rest of the drivers have shuttle buses on par with other parking services and are friendly. Either way, the driver jumps out and helps with the bags at both ends of the trip. The shuttle always arrives promptly after we park and we have never had to wait long after calling for a pickup from the terminal. In fact, a shuttle is usually just pulling up or is already waiting by the time we exit the terminal. Good value and efficient from beginning to end, we will be back! read more

I wish I could give zero stars. I will never succumb myself or family to this horribleness ever again. I went on an international trip for 8 days with my husband, children, and my parents. I found this place with a Groupon and it was a great deal. I have a new car so I was excited about covered parking and even more excited about a car wash when I get back. I dropped the family at the airport and went to drop the car. When I got there, they told me they overbooked, so I had to park in the uncovered lot. I reluctantly agreed thinking at least it will be cleaned when I pick it up. I didn't have to wait on the shuttle like all the others, but I was also leaving on a Sunday afternoon so maybe it was a less traveled time. I think they bought their shuttles from a company that went out of business in the 80's. They are in poor condition and dirty. I lucked out on my return in that someone had already called them so I didn't have to call or wait then either. Dumb luck really. So here's the best part. I get back to my uncovered lot and find that my car has in fact NOT been cleaned. It is very dirty from the dust from the poorly paved uncovered lot and I'm not happy. I knew I'd have to pay an extra day for my parking per the Groupon, but I figured since they didn't hold up their end of the bargain, I didn't have covered parking or a car wash which is what we agreed to and what I paid for, that I didn't owe them anything. I proceeded to argue with the cashier on duty, the ONLY person on duty. Who apparently doesn't have the authority to make that decision. Who also cannot get hold of a proper manager on the phone. I was pissed. They forced me to then pay an additional $16 for my extra day of parking, in an uncovered lot, with no car wash. These people are a fraud. They can't operate like the established and professional competition around them. I travel often for work and will be sure to let everyone in my large corporation NOT to use them for our travels. This place is the worst parking experience i've ever had and will be out of business soon enough. You can't stay in company treating people like that and expect them not to tell others or to return for more unmet promises. Don't park here. Go to a company that knows what they are doing. The last thing you need when traveling is the stress of a company that doesn't know how to do their job. read more

Worst experience with a parking lot ever, and I travel a lot. My friend used a Groupon which promised a free car wash and seven days of parking. When we returned after an 8 hour flight, my car was dirtier than when we arrived. When we pulled up to check out and I complained about the lack of a car wash, the horribly rude woman (who was also rude when we checked in) swears the car was cleaned the day before - she kept pointing to a piece of paper and saying that is was definitely cleaned. She completely ignored the fact that the car was unbelievably dirty and had bird poop all over the dash - not sure how that would happen in one day in a covered space!! I decided not to fight further, and then she says we owe her $4 for airport taxes. I said why don't we call it even since you didn't wash my car, and she starts threatening to call the police and videotape me. Would have loved to see that phone call and the police laughing at her ass as they are the ones who didn't hold up their end of the bargain, but wanted to get home so went ahead and paid her. My friend called Groupon and got a refund - they will be going out of business soon - thankfully! read more

I purchased a groupon for ten consecutive days of uncovered parking for $28.00 which I thought was a good deal. When I arrived I was directed to the parking area and parked where a van immediately took me to the airport without any problems. The driver gave me a business card and told me to call for pick up when I returned. I arrived back at IAH 14 days later and called for the van which arrived within ten minutes. I got back to my car and proceeded to go to the check out. The attendant there told me that I owed $44.08. I asked about my groupon and she told me that with the Groupon I would have to pay regular rates for the four additional days. When I mentioned that their sign offered a rate far less than the 10.00 per day I was paying, she gave me a card and told me to call the manager on Monday. I am furious to say the least. I expected to pay for the four extra days, just not a rate of ten dollars a day. This was for uncovered and no car wash. I will be contacting the manager today. I would not advise using this place because I felt like I was forced to pay this high rate for the four extra days. The whole point of the groupon was to be able to try this place out for a decent price. People in our company travel extensively and I was interested in the corporate program they offered but after my experience, I will not be recommending. read more

I've used these guys for a while and have noticed the time it takes to get picked up after arrival is taking longer and longer. I used them again over the holidays, which resulted in my family sitting outside of baggage claim in terminal C for over twenty minutes. I booked this car park because the undercover rate was $4.99. I asked if I needed to walk down to the office to be collected and I was told "just wait outside of your vehicle". I was advised the wait might be ten minutes or so. I waited in the heat outside my vehicle, watched a shuttle bus drive around and drop some customers off. The shuttle ignored me and drove around the lot and looked like it was parking up at a distance. I thought that perhaps he was clocking out and I walked up to the top of the car park with my cases so that I would be visible (in-case he had missed me on the main route through. I waited and waited. After 30 minutes in the Houston heat I decided to walk down to the parked vehicles or entrance, By this time I was sweating in the heat. When I got to the parked shuttles there were two drivers sat in their vehicles...apparently they did not know that I was waiting, no-one had used the radio to tell them. The driver was pleasant and apologetic. I was told to call once I arrived back at the terminal. I was told, on my return, after collecting my cases to go through the exit that said "passenger pick up" but I could not see that particular exit at terminal B. So I went through one exit and was told by the staff there to walk around to the exit where all the shuttle buses pick up...After waiting for about 20 mins I called again...confirmed exaclty where I was and my terminal. I waited another 20 mins and called again. I was told a driver had been sent out and then I talked with someone else in the office to try and "pin point" where I was. I sat in the heat watching all the other shuttle buses pull in and out...I was just about to go back into the airport and pay a taxi cab to get me back over to the car park when finally I saw the AirPark shuttle zoom by the shuttle pick up area...he then came back to collect me....I waited about an hour in the end to be picked up. I will not use this service again, especially when I saw (as others have mentioned) all the other shuttles driving in and out continuously for their customers. I agree with another customer that the shuttle bus shook the living daylights out of me on the way up and back lol. My car was ok and the drivers were very pleasant, the driver on the return even lifted my case into my car for me, which he need not of done. read more

My husband and I left our car parked there from June 13 to June 19, 2014 for $5.00 a day plus tax for covered parking! We reserved this on line, which I would recommend. This tells them when you will arrive and need to be picked up. So they were waiting for us when we arrived at 6:30am and followed us to our parking spot, helped us transfer our luggage and we took off. The driver gave us a card with our spot number and the number to call when we returned so they could come pick us up and return us to the parking lot. I called while we were getting our bags, walked outside and there they were waiting for us and another couple. He helped put our bags on the bus and we took off. Was back to our car in 5 minutes! Great service and very friendly bus driver. The lot is secure with a fence and gate. I also printed a coupon for $5.00 off. I will definitely use them again and again! read more

Our experience here started out well, with them picking us up from our car immediately and taking us directly to our terminal. The shuttle wasn't very clean and there was no nameplate to tell us who our driver was. We were given a card with our parking lot number and the phone number and told to call back after we picked up our luggage. We had gotten up at 3:30 that morning for our flights back and it was now about 1:45 in the afternoon. Wearily, I called for our shuttle at the Delta terminal. We were told that it was on its way. After 20 minutes, I called again, reiterating that it was the terminal that Delta uses. After another 20 minutes of watching 4 to 5 shuttles from every other parking service pass us by in the heat, I called again. I had found the terminal letter was "A" and told them this and that we had been waiting for 40 minutes. The young lady on the phone told me that she had misunderstood me and that they would be there in five minutes. When we got to the lot, I asked to speak to the manager. To their credit, they did give me a day's credit on the parking, but it took almost 15 minutes to be able to speak to the manager. The last thing we noticed was that there was a young man lifting the gate to let the car out - apparently the machine wasn't working either. read more
