I received a letter to mark my preferences throughout my long term stay (2 weeks). The only drawback would be that there is no chest of drawers in the room. Even if I were staying for just a few days, the closet is not enough space for a decent amount of clothing. Five hangers are not going to cut it for anyone, man or woman. There is plenty of space under the TV for a small chest that would help out immensely. I was disappointed to see the lack of space in a brand new hotel. Otherwise, the bed is SUPER comfortable, and the pillows are great. I don't think I've ever slept better in a hotel. Seriously, even after a 14 hour flight and being on a completely different day, much less a different time zone, it really has helped me switch over by having this great of a bed.

My room was on the second floor and it was noisy, mostly with people talking in the alfresco area of Chur below. The lovely staff moved me to a quieter room on the fifth floor. One of the friendly staff members told me that they were currently looking in to how to make the rooms quieter. It was however a nice night. We had an enjoyable few drinks before heading home. It was busy but not too over crowded and there was a broad range of ages and people. I have also been here once for a coffee on afternoon which was enjoyable too.
