I reside in skipton and Mark form Airedale Pest Control attended. He found no trace of bugs and after I had to call him to chase him up, he refused to carry out further investigation, was impolite and rude on the phone suggesting I was seeing things. I stated that the apparent dust he reported was biting me. Airedale Pest Control are nothing short of unprofessional, unhelpful, impolite and most importantly they failed to find the bugs I still have at my property after I had my roof replaced. Any pest control company who do not follow up an investigation are entitled to be called unprofessional and to add, they did not find, control, exterminate or eradicate any bugs or pests and that is in any layman's guide as not the behaviour of a pest control company. May I suggest they do not lie, they attend properties and they are respectful of the resident's wishes. This has been a very stressful time and since my housing association have taken Mark's words, I have not moved forward in eradicating my pests. That is poor service, inadequate behaviour and it is insuting to find that these companies are in existence when they fail to conduct themselves as any professional pest contol service would, this issue is not over, thank you for allowing me this review. read more
