I then get a call to say he can't find me and gives a landmark he can see, since I'm new to the area I said i'm going to check on Google maps, at which point Rick says If I don't know where I live he can't help me and couldn't remove the wasp nest. Since I'd lost a days pay to wait in for Youngs pest control to turn up I posted a review elsewhere saying this. I then had a very abusive call from Rick swearing and telling me "You must have something wrong with your head". I wouldn't advise anyone to use a company that feels the need to call and swear or show any signs of aggression after a poor review. Clearly they don't understand the basics of good customer service.
