Found where the rats and mice were getting into the property and then talked us through what their plan of action would be, telling us what they were putting down and where and how long it would take to deal with the problem. Followed up a couple of weeks later to make sure the pests had taken the bait they'd left and we were left with a rat free student house! No more nibbled bagels! The terminator they sent was both professional and thorough :) your local council charges up-to three times of what pestaxe charge!!! I had trouble with mice and rats in my flat and needed help immediately. I rang several businesses…read morebut it was a bank holiday and late no one would come out. This company came out the same day, reassured me everything would be okay and then they started their work. They concreted, put down bait and massive traps. Whilst he was there he captured 5rats and one mouse. He stayed with me for a while as I was petrified. When he left a few hours later I heard more vermin being trapped on the baits which was good but scared me. I gave him another quick call early hours in the morning and he came half and hour later to sort the problem. AMAZING truely AMAZING. The company have been very supportive to me as I was really scared and they have come to my flat several times to help or for reassurance. My property has been made the safest it can be and a week later not saw or heard anything. Thankyou so much for your brilliant service and for your support and reassurance. Also the amount of time you spent at my flat and for the speed in getting to my flat when I needed you. Brilliant 24/ hour company lovely people I truely am so thankful.
