The salon was SUPER clean and spotless when I walked in. Danielle was very nice and made me feel comfortable the entire time. She clearly knows what she's doing and explains everything so you know what's happening. She's based out of Lenore Rae Salon on Oaklawn Avenue, takes time to assess how dark you should go, and customizes the tan so it looks more natural (i.e., goes darker or lighter on your body based on how the sun would normally hit you. I couldn't be happier with the results! I am naturally very pale and Tracy gave me a beautiful light-ish tan that will keep me from blinding people when I break out the shorts and sun dresses! (Note: I specifically asked to stay on the lighter side since I don't tan well naturally, but she can go as dark as you want). But anyways, she applied a flawless spray tan - perhaps the very best I've ever gotten from here.
