Since people regularly seek suggestions for remodeling companies, I wanted to share our experience and some pictures of the final product. The experience of working with them from the initial communication to every stage throughout the process was superb. We worked directly with James Pulliam, who's the head of their remodeling department. James was extremely helpful and professional, especially in his consistent communication. He was on-site several days each week to check on the progress and speak with us. The craftsmen were also fantastic, with the same three gentleman working throughout the project. They were courteous, personable, communicative, knowledgeable, and highly skilled.

When they saw the panic on my face the first day, after discovering what comes with living in a construction zone, they jumped into problem solving mode immediately. They came up with a plan to keep my house as dust free as possible, even though it made their job harder. It did not slow them down at all though, as they far exceeded the timeline! I am so thankful, as are my two babies! James and Omar were awesome but the real stars were our daily on site workers, Rodrigo and his partner! Rodrigo was professional, friendly and such a hard worker. He checked in with us every step of the way to ensure everything was to our liking and as we expected it. Definitely check them out!

Let me know if you'd like it customized with names, dates, or specific materials: 5/5 I recently hired JA Concrete to install/repair my driveway, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, they were professional, punctual, and highly skilled. They took the time to explain the entire process, offered helpful recommendations, and stayed on schedule throughout the project. The workmanship is top-notch--smooth finish, proper drainage, and attention to detail that really shows. They kept the area clean during the job and left everything spotless once it was complete. Pricing was fair and transparent, with no surprises. If you're looking for a reliable contractor for concrete, asphalt, or paver driveway work, I highly recommend JA concrete . It's hard to find contractors who deliver quality and service like this!

They were also flexible when coordination changes came up, and communicated clearly without any ego which is rare and highly appreciated. If you're a GC or superintendent looking for reliable, accountable, and skilled concrete partners, I highly recommend this crew. We'll absolutely be using them again.

A lot of companies I felt the vibe would get us 'locked in' on contract and we would never see that person again. Adrian and Joe were involved in every aspect of the project and delivered on when the pool would be completed. Adrian seen our wants and didn't try to push us in getting something done we didn't need. He has a vision and even made our pool safer and more modern by suggesting we cut out our spill way. So glad we did! Joe was there every step of the way. He treats you like a friend and always addresses you by name. I had a question one morning and within 10 mins Joe was over at the house assessing the progress. They were both very involved and that is what we wanted. Even if my husband wasn't entirely on board with the remodel, they ensured us they would make it right and would be happy with the end result. We had a large scope (our property is over 7 acres) and spent about half a day walking the property and discussing our thoughts. When we received the design, it was almost perfect! But we knew the design was the "easy" part...the execution of the design was the difficult and more important part of the project. Well, we can hardly find the right words for how smooth the installation happened! The installation Team was absolutely amazing! The Supervisors communicated great during the project but what really exceeded our expectations was the very few questions they had to ask us. That was because the Design was so well documented, the install Team had a near perfect roadmap to make the design come to life. All members of the team were friendly, professional and had a strong desire to satisfy our needs. They also exhibited tremendous respect for our property. They were careful with driving their large trailers and they cleaned up the property EVERY day during the install! That's right! They cleaned up every single day! One of the biggest challenges we've had with other Landscapers was poor planting techniques which resulted in plants dying. This is one of James Landscaping's biggest strengths. They took great care when preparing the beds before planting. They removed about 8-10 inches of soil and replaced with an excellent mix of soil and compost. We know this will result in all the plants developing strong roots for lasting health in our crazy Texas weather. We highly recommend James Landscaping for your landscaping projects especially very large ones. Unfortunately we know the initial and ongoing costs of poor landscaping (especially for large properties). We are VERY fortunate to have used James Landscaping...we wished we would have used them 20 years ago!!

I had a hard time walking on the existing walkway and had to be careful not to trip or fall. I also noted the amount of time they spent to chip away each flagstone so that it beautifully fit together. It made me feel that I was truly getting a custom built walkway. Since completion, I have felt very safe walking on the walkway and never get the sense that I'm walking on flagstones. My yard had several areas where I had a hard time growing plants.
