I described what was happening and he started to troubleshoot the issue. Kevin (the tech) continue to work on the unit over the next couple hours. He took his time to eliminate all variables to determine the root cause of the problem. Kevin explained each step he was trying to ensure I know what may be issue. He located the issue, but he did not have the part on the truck. Kevin explained that the part was not needed during the warm summer days, so he was able to bypass the issue without causing any damage to the unit so my family could have cool air over the holidays. We chose a well-known company and paid upfront for a full system. That trust was met with radio silence, departmental runarounds, and a shocking lack of urgency.
