I called the day the subscription renewed, explained the situation, and asked them to reverse the charge. The agent said they'd contact the dept. that handles this, give them my info, and get back to me. No one ever did. I put all of it in writing. No response. The subscription cost 269$ And, again, I never used it, can't use it and no longer own the home. My only recourse at this point is to contact the State of OK Attorney General's office and file a complaint. I am disappointed in AirCo.

Our AC unit was outdated and after a couple of quotes for repair from some other contractors, we decided we ultimately needed a new unit. This all started back in late 2023. I got estimates from several different companies for the…read moreFrankenstein monster that is my house. It's got lots of separate spaces, so the most efficient way to heat and cool it was using mini-splits aka heat pumps. Danny Hamilton's estimate beat the others handily, but I didn't realize why until too late: They were using Samsung multi head mini splits, which were very new at the time. Multiple times the techs admitted they didn't really know much about the mini splits, as they'd never worked with them before. We had some issues with the install, but eventually everything was completed. Then we had them out repeatedly for months when some new error code would pop up. It took them over six months to figure out one issue was there supposedly wasn't enough refrigerant in the units when they were sent from the factory. Another few months and they figured out the install had been done incorrectly. On July 9, 2026, I had them out to look at one of the units. It had been working (not well, but working) until that day. Now, we're without AC in the front half of our house because the "control board went out". We've been without AC for weeks at this point. The part was sent from the factory, and was supposedly tested there. Tech comes out and puts the part in this last Monday, July 27 - still not fixed. The tech was supposed to come back out tomorrow, since no one could make it out in the interim for some reason. Their office just called and said they won't be able to have anyone out until NEXT Friday, August 10th, and "they don't have any other techs who can work on it." Total BS, since we have had multiple techs out before. We've given them multiple chances to make it right, but they never have. Do not do business with them.

Best Service Ever. I found this company here when my Mothers Washing Machine broke down. My mother…read moreis 88 years old and is on a limited income. I filled out a form online to schedule service which was the first thing that attracted them to me because i had already made several calls to other repair companies and they either didnt answer or they told me they couldnt help for several days or they were just too expensive to get them to come out. Jorken Services replied to me within 10 minutes of me filling out the form online. I had explained my mothers situation to them in my original request telling them about my mothers financial state and the urgency of the call. I first recieved an email from them saying that a technician had already been assigned and would be calling me shortly. Before I even finished reading the email, the technician was calling me. He already knew what was needed and said that he was told to do his best to keep costs to a minimum. I had originally set it up when I filled out the formfor the following monday but he was willing to come straight out. All up it was less than an hour between my initial email to them and the time the technician arrived at my Mothers house. He took a look at it, told my mother that it was nothing serious and that he could fix it on the spot for just the service call charge. He had the machine fixed in a jiffy and then even changed out the filters in her furnace for my mother as well. He then sat down with my mother and explained to her all he had done and gave her information and tips on her oven and even tightened up a fitting on her disposal under the sink that had been leaking for ever. All this and all he charged was a minimal service call. This company is a credit to its industry where so many now just seem to want to rip the elderly off this company bought a little sunshine back into my mothers day as well as giving me a feeling of comfort that if my mother had any other issues with her appliances or her heater or ac that I can now call someone that knows how to treat people.
