Here's how they handle returns…read more You get a call from them about picking up some no-longer-needed equipment. Fine, you were expecting this. They ask if it can be today or tomorrow. You say you're not available today, but you can be at the location where the equipment is tomorrow morning. They give a pickup time of 10:30 AM to 12. By 10:30, you're there. And you wait. And wait. At 12:15 you call them. They put you on hold for "a moment" which turns out to be 2 or 3 minutes, and then they say the technician's on his way, he'll be there in 15 or 20 minutes. Half an hour later, he arrives. You say, we need to do this quickly, because now I'm in a hurry, I need to be somewhere else soon, I had been given a pick up time of 10:30 to 12. The technician looks surprised. He knows nothing of any 10:30 to 12 range. He only got the assignment to do this half an hour ago. So that's how they handle returns. They give you a time, but they don't make any arrangements for the actual pickup until you call and complain that they haven't shown up.
