A couple of hours later I received a 17K quote for a new system from her supervisor. 4 hours later it started leaking again, I called them back and they said that it would have to be replaced. I went for a second opinion, we found the drain line was clogged, cleared it and now it's been working fine for a couple of weeks now. Not recommended to use this company as all they wanted was for me to buy a new system. Also there was no freezing up of the coils.
