Before coming, he gave me an estimate (a range). I had already bought a replacement drain pan. He looked at the installation, and gave me an instant quote (within the range that he had given before coming) that was reasonable. I agreed, and he started work immediately. He was polite and respectful, worked efficiently, and cleaned well the area once his work was completed. I was very happy with his performance, and I would not hesitate to use his services again.

Review Update May 14, 2026: I am updating my review today…read morebecause Steve's Plumbing has honored their customer satisfaction guarantee and issued a refund. Additionally they also changed their misleading ads on their new website which was my main complaint. I appreciate their efforts to do the right thing --not all companies do this. I did not have an issue with the plumbing service I received. In fact, it was very good. The online booking process was easy and the technician did a good job. Original Review: BUYER BEWARE: This company has false advertising and misleading pricing on their website. It's classic 'Bait and Switch.' Do your research on BBB before booking with this company! I wish I had.

Called to have a plumber come check on a leak in our garage. I assumed it was the water heater,…read morebecause it was the only thing in the garage. The plumber didn't look at anything other than the water heater and stated it needs to be replaced. He quoted a price that made me swear immediately. I apologized as it was out of character, he said it was ok, but the water heater needed to be replaced and it was up to me. I told him if it needs to, I don't have any options, do what he needs to. As he was removing the water heater, I pointed out the areas there was water and I didn't think it came from the water heater as the water heater would have been spraying water in order to get that far. The plumber stated he has been doing this for over 20 years and he knows what he is doing. After the water heater was removed, he said it needed to drain. He left and came back about a hour later, the water heater dripped really slowly the entire time he was gone. I mentioned that if there was a hole in the water heater, wouldn't air go through the hole and help the water drain from the spigot faster. He stated that I didn't understand the science of it and that the hole closes when disconnected from the water because there is no longer presser. He completed the replacement and left. I swept out all the water from the garage and didn't think much of it. I checked on the garage the next day and the garage was full of water again. I called Steve's Plumbing and the same guy came out. He said that he needed to do an inspection of the house to find out where the leak was coming from, he said before he did, it would cost so much per hour to look for the leak. I told that's what he supposed to have done before, but he didn't look at anything other than the water heater and stated it needed to be replaced. He said it was my fault and that he didn't look for a leak because it was the water heater, I reminded him that I said their is leak in the garage which we needed him to look at and the only thing directly connected to water was the water heater. He repeated it was his fault, it was mine. I asked him to leave and stated at me and refused. Only after telling him he needed to leave the property or I would call the police because he wasn't welcomed, he finally left. I called another company, it turns out there was a pipe broke in the wall. The plumber explained all things Steve's Plumbing should have done to ensure the issue was corrected, more specially, checking the water pressure before work started and checking the water pressure when the job was complete to ensure the issue had been resolved. They also explained that we paid way too much replacing a water heater (which didn't need to be replaced). I'll never use Steve's Plumbing again.

From start…read moreto finish the entire team of installers and third party vendors were on time, hard working, very communicative and proactive with me/each other and other tradesmen involved (concrete work/electrician, etc), kept everything tidy and cleaned up after themselves, and their work ethic was admirable. They were also fun and ready for a joke when they popped their heads up from working. The price they quoted was very competitive and they were recommended by friends who had their AC install completed by Strategic Air Conditioning. So now I'm here spreading the word, you can't go wrong with Jessie and his team with a refit or general maintenance or trouble shooting. Give them a call, you won't be disappointed.
