Tech said my capacitor was bad so he replaced it and it didn't fix the problem. Next he attached a garden hose to the compressor and ran water over it for several minutes. Still no improvement. Told me the compressor was bad and needed to be replaced and because the unit was old, several other components as well. $6000. I told him I needed to think about it. $89 for service call. I contacted another AC company and since he had just had a cancellation he was able to come quickly as well. 20 minutes later the AC is running and cooling my 94 degree house. $90 for the service call no parts needed. It was a loose wire. So I got an$89 lesson from NOW and a $90 repair from the second company. I do not recommend NOW and will not be calling again.

They were willing to work on my older unit to keep it running when most other companies just tried to force me to replace. Unfortunately, the unit finally died a few weeks ago and I needed to replace. Franklin came out really fast to give me a quote. I had received a quote from another company that was DOUBLE what Franklin quoted. Franklin also really explained everything that would need to be done and had transparent pricing. They were communicative and came back within two days to install my new unit. The team that came out went above and beyond to make sure the install was done well. They even helped me install a part that was missing on the unit that caused a really bad leak from my AC a few years ago. They installed a new thermostat and helped me check for any rebates. Honestly they went above and beyond what I was expecting. They charged me exactly what was quoted and had great payment plan options. Every person I've been in contact with has been friendly and efficient. I'm so happy with their service. They made a big home repair feel easy and stress free. Highly recommend.
