There was some miscommunication between a contractor and their sub who did the asbestos removal, however a portion of the wall was missed. I hired Aztec again to do the environmental clearance. Steve took pictures and showed me. He even took a video for me because I can't safely enter an uncleared space. Thanks to him, I was able to notify the contractor of the error. In today's environment when everyone is trying to make money quickly, I am very grateful to have encountered an honest company who goes above and beyond for a customer. I had a very disappointing experience with Elite Group Inspection Professionals. I purchased their…read moremost expensive inspection package and paid extra for advanced imaging, sewer, pool, and solar panel inspections. The roof report incorrectly identified my metal roof as shingles, even though I specifically told the representative it was a metal roof when booking and asked whether I needed a drone inspection but the rep said it was not necessary. I had to call another roofer to verify that the roof was a metal, not shingle which delay escrow. The solar panel inspection was also missing, and I still have not receive my advanced imaging results. The sewer inspection could not be completed due to excessive roots. When I called to resolve these issues, Bency was rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. I was referred to Jason, the inspection manager, and left multiple messages, but no one returned my calls. I was also promised follow-up by Nathan, who was kind and listened to my concerns, but no one ever contacted me afterward, it's been a week. The incorrect report, missing results, and lack of follow-up caused unnecessary stress and delays with my escrow. Mistakes can happen, but the lack of accountability and poor customer service were unacceptable. I regret choosing this company and would not recommend them.
