As she attempted to install, she popped about half a dozen balloons and left the trash in our lawn. When I came back out, the display was not the way we requested and looked very sloppy. Ten minutes later, the display came loose. They finally sent someone back who duct taped the display unprofessionally to our new paint job. They were supposed to come by to pick up the display and discard and never showed. This was a terrible experience for our daughter's college graduation party.
