Yana is very responsive over text and her prices are cheaper than a non-helium balloon arch or wall. I gave her my budget of ~$100 and she texted me pictures of at least three to four different options. She even threw in two extra balloons free of charge. If you were to order a balloon arch or wall with any non-helium vendor, you're looking at ~$300 for a decent size. Helium balloons are a nice way of decorating, without having all the latex powder and dust from using a non helium balloon pump inside your house. Her delivery charge of $25 is reasonable. And her weights are $1 each which is also very reasonable. Balloon Boutique on Yelp projects quoted me $5 for each weight. I will definitely order from her again next month for my son's birthday party. Her Instagram said she also has an all inclusive team of party planning including catering, venue, music and photography. I'm happy to have found a better alternative, now that Party City has gone out of business!

When our original bounce house rental company's truck broke down on the way to our carnival with no guarantee he was going to make it to the carnival on time, we were in a panic with only an 1 1/2 hours until our carnival started. I called Austin Metro Moonwalks and even though they were almost out the door with another delivery (and on one of the busiest weekends of the year for bounce houses!), Marshall was able to find a couple of bounce houses they had available and said he would send his driver to our rescue as soon as possible. We were able to sign the contract digitally, pay over the phone, and within just a matter of minutes, we have bounce houses confirmed. They stayed in constant communication with me until they arrived to set up and showed up on time to pick up the bounce houses at end of the night. They even gave us a discount since we rented multiple bounce houses. I think our school has found a new vendor for bounce house rentals from now on!!

I run a preschool and have been renting items for events for the past 14 years. This was the first…read moretime and last time using Train Quest. I emailed the week of to confirm the date and received no response. I then called the day before the event and Phillis apologized and said they would be here. They were supposed to arrive at 9am today to set up and start the event at 9:30am. Phillis called at 9am saying they were running 24 minutes late. The address says they are only 34 minutes away so I was confused on why they were almost 30 minutes late. I should have read reviews on Google and Yelp prior to booking. It looks like they have a history of being late to events. :( Upon arrival, Phillis apologized and said they can stay late to make up the time. Unfortunately, my preschoolers are on a schedule. We have lunch time, naptime, etc. The train arrived in pieces on the back of a pick up truck. Once they put it all together it seemed they had trouble getting it started. At some point Phillis left. She didn't tell me she was leaving nor did she introduce the 2 gentleman that stayed. The 2 men that assisted with the train hardly spoke English. One stood under a tree on his phone during parts of the event. The driver drove SO fast the first time we had to ask him to slow down. There are no seatbelts or bars to keep the children safe on the train. The driver didn't even have mirrors to see the passengers. **PLEASE add rear view mirrors to your train so the driver can see the passengers behind and know when to stop or slow down.** The train worked after the first 2 groups then died. Our next class had to wait in the heat until they got it started again...but thank goodness it started! I shortened the train ride event and we ended early. I only know of 2 trackless train companies in Austin. I will go back to the company we've use in the past.

Every year (non-Covid times) our elementary school has a field day for the kids. Due to the size of our school, we have multiple stations to rotate the kids though. One station is in our gymnasium where we get 4 huge inflatables. The kids love it and it gives them a break from the heat outside. This year, we tried something new and did a winter wonderland theme for the end of the year parties (before winter break). We booked again for more inflatables and again we had a lot of happy kids. -They are so easy to work with. You just call up and tell them what you need and you have a quote usually within a few minutes. Tracy usually mans the phone and she is just fantastic. Friendly, helpful, and super nice. -I've worked with them for school things. Both from the PTA side of things and helping with school planned events. They work with our school schedule and always have everything ready to go bright and early when the school day starts. -They are very affordable. We have always been pleasantly surprised to see what we are getting the day of, especially for the price we have paid. Sock Hop delivers on their end 100% of the time. -Every time we have used them, they come set everything up and come take everything down for you. It's included in their price, so you don't get a hidden bill after the fact. Overall, I 100% recommend this company for your inflatable needs. They take the stress out of it for you and the kids in your life will LOVE it all.
