Would not recommend at all. Paid over $16k for a new top of the line system that they recommended and they've had to come out several times each year to work on it and now we can't even get them to return or answer calls all while this is still under warranty. The equipment that was given to me I paid $8,100 for and have had nothing but problems with it and getting the problems resolved took too much time and still without AC or heat for long periods of time to me the whole thing was very bad experience bad experience with this company! I would think for the money that we paid for my family to have a good equipment of AC and heat it would have been better than this . I definitely do not recommend this company . read more

This company installed my a/c unit 3 years ago and was wonderful. I called them back for a quote to repair/replace the unit after the flooding. Hunter Prather came out and was upset that he was providing free quotes when the neighborhood may be subject to the FEMA 50% rule and have to elevate the homes. He felt the company should not be giving out free estimates as the homeowners may not be able to do the work. He did the estimate and it was emailed but what I received didn't even have the company name on it so it was useless to FEMA. I have called back twice and both times I was told I would receive the estimate with the company name on it. So far I have received nothing. If this is how they treat a repeat customer after a major storm I have to assume that their customer service has seriously changed in the past 3 years. read more

Had a service call for an estimate from Air 24/7 today. Chris came out and did the estimate and his knowledge and professionalism really came through in our conversation. He checked my system and quickly was able to diagnose my problem and before just trying to sell me stuff I dont need. He asked me questions to figure out what's the right air system for my home. Both my brother and I had this company install complete new HVAC Heat Pump/Air Conditioning systems in our houses. My (our) experiences were 100% satisfied and impressed. Everything was done in one day. They have a highly professional crew that does only that, in addition to their other service technicians. They did everything they promised at the price that was promised and did not try to upsell us anything, although I opted for some options on my own, like the UV light in the system to kill germs. I had a power surge about a year after install date (Jan 2022), and they came right out and stayed on the job until they got the right parts and got it working again after the surge fried a couple of circuit boards on my outside unit. My impression is that this is totally professional and honest company, that does very good work. (my brother would say the same). read more

Horrible company......called to have them repair AC, and they would not provide any documentation on what they were going to charge me, just wanted to have my credit card info so they could charge whatever they wanted. When I asked for documentation, instead, they came onto my property when we were not here, and stole the fuses from my AC unit !! Horrible, Horrible company. read more

This company is impressive! Rich was extremely accommodating and provided top notch responsiveness when inquiring about a repair. Arry came out and he really new his stuff. Upon inspection Arry discovered a compressor coil leak on top of the burned out compressor . Due to cost of repair it was not worth putting money into a 10 year old system. Rich was amazing with providing pricing. He offered to have a rep come to my house to go over any questions and Chris arrived in twenty minutes. Chris also was amazing. No pressure just informative. Super nice. I felt from the first phone call I could trust this company. The next day my system was installed by Derek and Dominek. They did a fabulous job, worked efficiently and neatly. They answered any questions I had and did a wonderful job! From start to finish this company is 5 stars ! Chris was able to come the next morning and get my AC running. He was very polite and professional. Would highly recommend.

The technician, Chris, was friendly enough and did recharge the freon necessary to get the system functional again. He seemed a little disinterested, though, in performing the system maintenance that was ordered for $79. He told me that due to the age of the system, all of the readings would just be "out of whack" anyway. I also didn't receive the condenser coils cleaning or the drain line flush that was part of that maintenance. Instead, I was charged $89 for a standard service call plus the per-pound cost of the refridgerant. The office secretary (Nikki?) mentioned she would adjust the charge down $10 to at least match the other rate, but no adjustment has yet been made to my card account as of this review. I also asked for an estimate regarding a potential system replacement and I've not received that yet, either. read more

We called Air 24/7 when our really old AC unit died. Chris came out to discuss a new system install with us, and the install and duct work was done fairly quickly. The duct work guys did put a small hole or two in the ceiling, which I think is a combination of them just ripping out the old without being careful and a small patch that was apparently in the ceiling, but they sent someone out to repair it. I'm pleased with their service, everything was done quickly and those small issues were resolved to our satisfaction as well. read more

I was fortunate enough to receive an Air 24/7 in the mail the same day that another company I contracted with no showed me. I called and spoke with Nikki. She was professional, friendly and very helpful. I decided to move forward with Air 24/7 to install a new AC system. When the crew arrived the next day we discussed replacing our ductwork as well as they were probably over 40 years old and were in horrible condition. They gave me a great price to replace our ductwork as well. Guilliermo, Felix and Louis worked hard for two days and installed a new AC system and ductwork! Their work was excellent and treated us well. We would recommend Air 24/7 for any of your HVAC needs! read more

Woke up on Sunday. No A/C. Called a couple of highly rated places that were willing to come by on Monday. AC 24/7 was able to come by at 2:00 PM. (Yes, there was a fee . . . $139, I think.) Turns out, our decision to forgo annual maintenance had come back to bite us and the accumulation of water in our air handler (in the attic) had reached a point at which our system had, fortunately for our ceiling, shut down. The tech was totally professional and even tried to talk us out of having him do the work since it wasn't, technically, HVAC work. As we are in our late 50's, we decided to have him do it. Professional, fair, reasonable and prompt. What more could you ask for when the A/C goes out on a Sunday in August? read more

They walked me through the entire process; they were super knowledgeable, courteous, and extremely professional! I am a fairly new home owner, so home repairs always make me anxious, because I worry if I'm going to be dealing with an honest, reputable company or a company that's trying to get one over on me. Very prompt, well kept, courteous and quick service. Fair priced for a weekend emergency. Our repairman was understanding of our situation and respectful to keep the cost down, even though there was opportunity to push the price higher. They also, respected that we needed it repaired at this time not replaced but offered 1/3 of repair price off if we needed a new unit within the year. That was very generous. We have lived in many states and had many repairmen for AC issues over the years. This experience was one of the better ones, and I'm sure we'll use them for regular maintenance and perhaps a future new unit installation. read more

I didn't really get much but a flyer to buy a new A/C unit and a $60 service fee. I was told that I had a compressor leak, and that they didn't make coolant for my unit anymore. After, a second opinion it was confirmed that the compressor was not leaking, and the service man did have the coolant needed to fill my unit. The only good thing about this company was that they were prompt. Chris got here at 1:00 and was gone by 1:10. read more

Worst company to get a unit from or to have work done. These technicians who installed my unit don't even have a license to put in the Unit. They also only work at the company a month. His installers notified me of this during the time the were installing. I was mortified, if I knew would have went with a different company. I had another company out and they verified they put the wires on backwards and it was just a mess that i begged the other company to fix because I refuse to have unlicensed technicians at my home. read more
