Small Korean chicken bowl.

Second time here. Super bummed that they didn't have guri guri! the Teri burger and fries tastes like home! Wish they didn't pack my crispy wontons because they steamed and got soggy! Wish the Korean chicken had more sauce.

This place is always packed and for good reason! The food tastes so fresh and flavorful and you can't beat the value! A great place to eat alone or with the family if you're craving some Hawaiian Saimin. Highly recommend!!

What a treat outside the strip in Vegas. Definitely a hidden aloha gem with great food and service and cozy ambiance. Their pricing is affordable and the portions are pretty big. Everything is so authentic and I can taste they put lots of love in it. The loco moco is amazing, great quality of meat and the gravy is something else, not too salty and runny. It's all in perfection. It's one of the best Hawaiian food in Vegas!

This was our second time at Alina's Saimin. Saimin soup was warm. Normally it would be steaming hot. Anyway it was good, my bbq burger wasn't good the bun was cold just out of the bag it came in. No bbq sauce on patties, charged extra for deluxe ( lettuce, tomato and onions) cmon?? Sorry rather go to Zippys or L&L. No more supporting this place. Sorry

Cute little spot in the southwest side of Vegas off Rainbow near Blue Diamond that has the feel of Hawai'i style saimin stand. The aunty at the front counter was nice as always and food came out super quick. I ordered their promoted bucket of chicken 20/ $15. I thought it was wings from the photos online BUT they are nuggets of chicken. Nonetheless these are some DELICIOUS nuggets of chicken! They have garlic and salt and vinegar and OMGoodness they are so flavorful, hot, juicy and FRESH. I will definitely be back for more because this is a MUST try for sure.

First time here and I'm already a fan! We ordered the teri burger, garlic chicken, loco moco, gau gee, and I tried my new favorite drink -- Green River! My Hawaiian partner told me it's a classic Hawaiian drink but super rare to find here in Vegas, so that alone made the meal extra special. The food was delicious and felt like real comfort Hawaiian-style cooking. Everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and made with care. And for the quality you get, the prices are incredibly reasonable! My partner even mentioned that the restaurant's vibe reminds him of the small local spots back home in Hawaii -- simple, welcoming, and all about good food. I'll definitely be back, especially since it's only a quick 3-minute drive from my house! Highly recommend if you're craving great food, great value, and a little taste of Hawaii in Vegas.

I would say food is ok, very simple. Not much flavor in my opinion. My kids love it though. The garlic chicken was the best thing we ordered. Sweet and savory. Good chunks of chicken. The Saimin didn't have much flavor, I added shoyu to give it a little extra something. For $15 (large) the quantity and quality was just not there. The burgers were good, I liked the char, extra teriyaki sauce made it better. Kinda small, I recommend getting two to fill you up. Overall, I think for the quality of the saimin it's a bit pricey, but the garlic chicken and burger (by itself) is fairly priced. Getting the green river was the real winner. TBH my expectations were high and I was underwhelmed. Seating was limited, but service was good.

Great restaurant with local comfort food. This place reminds me of back home. I ordered the wonton min and my daughters ordered the French fries, garlic chicken, Suzy Q burger, side spaghetti Mac and their version of Guri Guri. All that's missing is musubi. Everything came out fast, hot and tasty. Price point was decent. I will definitely spread the word and come back again.

Went to try this place. Good location on Rainbow near Blue Diamond. Simple sign but inside definitely had the diner vibe and set up with a low counter which was nice compared to the usual high counter tops other places have. Food is great, no issues with that. Got the garlic chicken large place which came with about 6 big sized fried garlic chicken pieces which was nice and crispy. Sauce was good and saucy, a sweet like honey flavor which I liked. Chicken was crispy even with the sauce. 2 scoops of white rice and spaghetti salad (Mac salad but with spaghetti) liked it so much got another side of it. Teriyaki burger didn't look exciting BUT it was very good, meaty and tasty. I'd get this again. Saimin was good, noodles were cooked perfect, had fried garlic inside and broth was very tasty. The service though could be improved. Service not consistent. Did not feel the aloha spirit although other reviews said otherwise. We walked in and no greeting while other patrons were greeted. At first it seemed they had 2 servers but 1 only one really working. Was a bit annoying seeing workers on their phone sitting standing around when there are customers to tend to and tables to clean. Got the check but waited a while for our bill to be rang up, got a little impatient due to workers doing k thing. Manager / owner came up front to cash us out and said ones around were her kids. If they're there they should work. Not sure what all that was about so I'll end it at that. Overall food was really good. Everything we ordered we ate em all. Will just order for pick up or delivery next time.

First time here. Saw it as I was driving by on the way home, and figured I could get something here for lunch. I went inside and saw you could place a To-Go order. I ultimately decided on the large order of Garlic Chicken. Total was $17.17 ($15.17 food $2.00 tip). The food came out quick, maybe less than 5 minutes. Upon getting home, this plate lunch came with 8 pieces of Korean Chicken bites. I really wish I had 9 or 10 pieces just cause there was so much rice. It came with a side of "spaghetti salad" in a container. Instead of Mac salad with elbows, they just use spaghetti noodles instead. All in all, it was just okay. Not convinced that I'd get this plate again. 4/5 Stars.

Large saimin

Had to try this place out as it had an old school vibe serving saimin, Teri sticks and Teri burgers like we grew up on. Unfortunately we were very disappointed with the Teri sticks that were very small, dry and lacked flavor. Their Teri burger tasted like the frozen Teri burgers you can buy at any supermarket in Hawaii. Lacked flavor and had very little Teri sauce and patty was stiff. The only thing I would recommend is the saimin. Noodles and broth were very good. I guess we had our hopes up high to find a place like boulevard saimin.

I've been meaning to try this place since they opened and glad that we were able to stop by on a weeknight. It wasn't too busy and we were seated right away. We ordered Wonton Min and Mazemin with a side of the spaghetti salad. Everything tasted well...a little too salty for my liking but we still finished everything. Next time we come back we'll try the Goodie freeze.

Ever since I heard about Saimin in Vegas I couldn't wait to check them out. Service - 5 Food unfortunately was hit and miss - Teri Burger and BBQ stick - 5, Saimin broth and noodles 3.5 Suzy Q and Gau gee - 3. Goodie wasn't quite ready but we appreciate the sample. It's hard with Zippy's and Ohana close by. Always trying to support local businesses.

Dining area is small but there's adequate seating for a table, by the window, and along the wall. Menu offers a great selection of chicken, shrimp, steaks, salmon, ahi, pork, as well as Hawaiian plates, island favorites, fried noodles, and poke. I ordered my go-to for Dynamite Chicken Katsu (mini, $13.52), its crispy breaded chicken, meat is tender and moist, has amazing wasabi aioli and spicy sauce drizzle, very savory and wonderfully delicious! Served with tasty crab potato salad and kimchi. Also had Fried Noodles (mini, $7.28), the egg noodles are delicious, topped with chopped scallions and kamaboko (Japanese fish cake), it's really good! Spam Musubi ($4.16) is tasty! It does need sauce and there are condiments like soy sauce and hot sauce available on the table. For a lovely treat, they make the best Japanese Milk Pudding, it's delightful and not too sweet! I ordered a regular ($5.20) and tried Ube flavor ($5.20), both are yummy! Ube flavor is so good! The milk pudding has a delicate, silky, bouncy texture, and comes with a sweet Japanese syrup. The milk pudding on its own is so YUM! The syrup itself is very sweet, so only pour a little bit. They also have fun cookies on display locally sourced from The Cookie Bar. I tried Crème Brûlée Cookie ($4.50), it's a huge sugar cookie with a beautiful crisp glaze and is very sweet. MacDaddy Cookie ($4.50) is excellent, it has white chocolate chips and macadamia nuts, this one taste great! Service from Koltyn and Zadus is very kind, welcoming, polite, and friendly!

Things were still getting together but I have faith they will get back to their normal flow. Food was tasty as always. Had the beef ribs and the kalua pig today. The Kalua pig was a very tasty version. One of the better ones I've had in town for my taste. Not too smoky, felt like it was roasted for a long time. The meat was still intact but tender. Ribs were as they always are. The only thing today, was that the boxes didn't feel as full as they normally do. Only got 4 ribs today and they weren't all that meaty. The pig dish wasn't full to the brim either. Also, prices have gone up from the menu, so seeing higher prices (totally understandable) and less food was a little disappointing. Service was friendly for the most part, but be ready for longer waits. Maybe it was because of the move, but it was a 15-20 min wait today. The ribs are still the best in town, I'm hoping the small portion was just a one off.

The rice was sticky and the tuna was not over seasoned...fresh and flavorful. Our table shared the Spicy Poke Nachos. So good. The wonton chips were light and crispy. His cousin couldn't stop raving about the food, so we decided to check it out for dinner last night. We ordered the Crackhead Chicken and Da "OG" Beef to share, and I also got a Spam musubi I had been craving. The musubi was HUGE and really hit the spot. We also ordered a side of Crackhead Chicken without the spice for our 1 year old, and she LOVED it. Normally she throws her food, but this time she actually ate it and kept making the cutest "yummy" faces the whole time. The moment I took my first bite of chicken, my reaction said it all. The flavor was INCREDIBLE! It had a perfect balance of sweetness from the coconut and a nice kick from the spices. Everything worked so well together, and the chicken itself was unbelievably moist and juicy. I also loved that the meat was served over the rice, allowing for all the juices to soak in. The rice was soft, flavorful, and just as satisfying. The macaroni salad was hands down my favorite compared to any Hawaiian BBQ spot I've tried. I also had a few bites of the beef, which had an amazing flavor and just the right amount of char to elevate it even more. The only thing that didn't stand out to me was the coleslaw, but we found out later that you can substitute for extra macaroni salad for an additional 50 cents. We will definitely do that next time! Overall, we had a fantastic experience and will absolutely be back whenever we are in the area. One quick note for parents: there are no high chairs available, and we even searched the entire food court. Since it's inside a casino, it's understandable, but just something to keep in mind.
