Second crown in a month, these guys are awesome. Crowns in office so there's very little wait time…read more The fees seem normal and reasonable. I'll be getting a cleaning someday but only after this emergency work is done LOL. Care quality is perfect.

The care has always been exceptional. Dr, Becker is a very good dentist and also…read morepersonable. However, the office team is another story. Don't take them at their word for appointments or financing. I've had two jaw dropping (pun intended) experiences. Two or three years ago I had an appointment at 5:00 pm, at 5:30 I asked if they knew I was there and the receptionist asked me my name which I had given upon arriving . She went to check and when she came back she said they had another lady with the same name already in the chair. She checked to see whose appointment it was and it was, indeed mine. Then she preceded to tell me I'd have to reschedule. I felt they should have stayed late and taken me after the other woman, after all it was their fault. Just exactly how they did that when they call the day before, sounds fishy to me. The second time was in March of this year (2026). I need some new teeth and he had me make an appointment back in January and gave me a price. We worked out a payment plan and I came back on my scheduled day . They took the scans and everything seemed fine until I got to the desk and asked how much for my first payment. The girl looked up and to my surprise she said they weren't taking payments. I explained we had worked out a payment plan. They know me well so I asked why she didn't call me and she said they didn't know until that morning that they weren't taking payments anymore.I told her I couldn't hand over the half down so it was a no go. I was upset to say the least. After I got home I realized I didn't tell them not to send in the scans so I called them. After telling her to tell the dentist not to send in the scans I asked her if I could ask her a question and she said "yes". I asked her again why she didn't call me before my appointment and she said " we didn't know until right before you came in". I didn't say anything but I was just thinking , "get your story straight" .

I am only giving this one star bc you can't give zero. If I could I would give them negative stars…read more At first I was happy to find a place that had such great hours and availability and then we went there a few times. My husband and two daughters all went for cleanings. My daughters both complained that the hygienist was rough during cleanings and they have never complained about that before. My husbands went ok but when he asked if he could schedule with the same hygienist they said they are not allowed to do that because they didn't want certain hygienists to have a lot of patients and others had none. They wanted it to be fair. I'm sorry is this a dental office or kindergarten? How about what the PATIENT is comfortable with? When I asked about a cleaning but said that I didn't need xrays the receptionist got extremely snippy with me and launched into rant about how people don't know what they need and that THEY are the professionals and they don't like when ppl try to self diagnose to try to save money (which was not my intention or reason for saying I didn't need them). However that was enough for me to say no thank you. Then they said my older daughter, who is 19 and has had one cavity her entire life, had 6 cavities! I was shocked but at that point had no reason to distrust them. I scheduled her appt and specified that since they were in the back of her mouth silver was fine because of the big price difference. Had they been in a more visible place we would have gone white but you wouldn't even see these unless she had her mouth wide open. I handled it because although she's 19 she hadn't made appts or handled ins yet and I was teaching her to do it on her own. This was all done when we set the appt. However at her appt they again asked her what kind of filling. When she asked the difference they told her the white was better and they could do silver if she really wanted but since she hadn't told them in advance she wanted silver (really?) they would have to do it another day because it takes longer to set silver up. When she said she wanted to call and ask me they told her they didn't have enough time to do that and that she really should go with white because there was basically no price difference. So after being pressured she said go ahead with the white. Practically no price difference?? Only about $60 per filling! They only did 4 that day and said she had to make another appt for the rest. I was very upset when I found out they had lied to her! They DID know in advance because I told them silver myself! They asked when I made the appt!! Also I know for a fact there's not so much more prep that they couldn't do silver that day. I tried calling to find out why they were taking advantage of my daughter which they did bc she didn't know better. It took 5 phone calls, leaving msgs and never getting called back, and going in person twice before I finally got it taken care of and had them credit us for difference of the fillings they scammed her into. Then I made it VERY clear for the last two it was to be silver. She made a big show of writing it in the chart and said there would be no issue. Imagine my surprise when my daughter told me they STILL tried to talk her into white. She knew better this time but that's not the point. They knew she was young and learning to do these things and they deliberately lied and took advantage of her. That was the final straw. They had also tried things like telling us that we really should come in every 3 months if we wanted healthy teeth. NO ONE does cleaning every 3 months. Every 6 months is fine and that's why ins pays for every 6 months. Then they tried to sell us "special" toothpaste or mouthwash or toothbrushes or bite guards or just something every single time. And they didn't just ask, they would act like you didn't care about your teeth if you said no. To sum it up this just a chain office and they are all about the money. You are not a patient there but rather a dollar sign. I would not recommend that anyone go here!! If you still chose to do so, do it at your own risk!!
