The most appalling clean I have ever experienced in my life. Not only was the house dirtier than I left it (took photos to show them) but there was also so much property damage caused by the company (broken toilet, paint off the walls, broken pantry shelves just to name a few) that I could not trust them at all to come back for a reclean. We used AIM Property Solutions for a bond clean and carpet cleaning in Brisbane July 2018. They charged $320 for a bond clean, $80 for carpet cleaning and $80 for pest control. Tahlia and Chloe in the office as well as the actual cleaners were excellent to deal with but that's where the good news ends. On top of the above pricing it was an additional $50 for a simple balcony clean and we were quoted an extra $75 for 3 sets of blinds (took my partner and I 5 minutes to do). When requesting the quote we were never asked if we lived up a set of stairs or not so when the carpet cleaner arrived we were charged an extra $30 for the machine to be carried up the stairs. We had spot-cleaning of walls included in the bond cleaning and the walls were not even cleaned (the cleaners had to come back). The steam cleaning of the carpets failed to remove any stains and we were quoted an additional $130 for them to come back and try to remove the stains - they could not guarantee the process would even work. All of the above negative points were sneakily placed in an obscure list of T&C's so if you do consider this company MAKE SURE YOU READ EVERYTHING. In total, we paid $560 for a 2 bedroom apartment to be cleaned but in the end we still had to do cleaning ourselves otherwise the total price would have been at least $765 which is utterly ridiculous for 100square meters of apartment. To top everything off we had to meet the cleaners at 5am in the middle of winter to hand over the keys. I strongly suggest to do your research and read everything before booking, make sure that what you have paid for is covered under the "return guarantee" - better yet, just use a different company. read more

The clean was very poorly done, they convinced me to get walls washed, at extra cost, when they probably didn't need it. Extra money to sweep balcony. I had to get them to return to finish the job, after 6 hours of cleaning (2 bed + 1 Study apartment) They had missed shelves in shower, exhaust fan on oven, door skirtings, and much more. I also had the carpet cleaned and requested a Flea treatment. They rang me about a stain in the bedroom, which they said would be hard to remove, which I knew. However they did not mention anything about a dog urine stain. So assumed the carpet would be properly cleaned. It wasn't. The building manager then charged me another $220 to get the stains out. When I went back to Aim Property Solutions, they implied it was my fault as I hadn't mentioned the urine stain and a different treatment was required, also the steam clean can activate the smell of urine! - who would know that, and why didn't the carpet cleaner tell me at the time All a very unprofessional experience, I would highly recommend to stay away from this crowd. I called the company and was given a price of $615 for an all inclusive bond clean. I thought it was expensive but fair for what they were claiming to do. They then cancelled 20 minutes before they were due to arrive and we had to reschedule. On the second day, they turned up late, we were then called to say that there was more work that needed to be done and it would cost us another $75. A few days later my real estate called saying it looked like it had not been cleaned and I needed to get them back and ask for a wall wash and a patio clean. This was another $300. They went back and "re cleaned" with the extra services. Again the job was done poorly. I am now $900 out of pocket and my realtor said she ended up cleaning the property herself as she was no longer comfortable having them enter the house. Absolutely disgusted with this company and it's not only the cleaners, when I had a problem with the fact that the cleaner only cleaned a quarter of my small 3 bed room house that wasn't that dirty to begin with, i rang up admin to sort out the problem and they treated me so badly I was hanged up on ganged up on I could go on and on long story short no apologies I didn't get my bond back had to take money out of my bond to pay again for real bond cleaners and that apparent get your bond back guarantee is as fake as everything else they promised with there service. dont hire this company I only read the reviews after I made the mistake of hiring them I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy read more

Beware of this Company. 2. THEY CAN NOT CLEAN! I recommend you clean the house yourself before considering them. When I went back to check THEY HAVE BEEN TOILET AND NOT FLUSHED IT - tiles/carpet not vacuumed - filthy with bits all over it -tiles in lounge, toilets and laundry not moped AT ALL, Filthy as you can see in the shower in specific, laundry - walls are absolutely filthy!!!! Have not been touched at all and have black hand prints on them - oven clean, the whole top still has dirt on it not wiped. - window sills - dusty as hell with flys still on it -cupboards- still haven't been wiped there is stuff there soon. I called them this morning after discovering this as we give our keys in tomorrow...went through to a lady in the call center who was confused and said she'll call the manager and call me back. She then calls back and asks for the real estate exit report- I TOLD HER THAT I SENT IT TO THEM 2 DAYS PRIOR TO THE CLEAN and she advised me they didn't receive it, funnily enough someone has emailed back acknowledging they received the report the day I sent it. After telling her numerous times to get the manager to call me so we can get a full refund and bond clean done today/tomorrow she said that the manager will follow it up on Monday.... On Monday the manager called me late morning and advised she had no clue what was going on and that she was apologetic and that's not the standard that her workers do..she mentioned once the exit report was done that she will send her cleaners straight out after for a re clean and to discuss refund once we solve the problem. 4 days later it happened and then i get an email from the Manager, who addresses herself as MXXX however when texting me her imessage identifies herself as KXXX (Which makes it even more dodgy and suspicious) that absolutely shocked me. She tried to pass the blame to me saying that I went overboard, was abusing her staff (Which I was not, I was a distressed customer unhappy with a very expensive service i paid for that didn't deliver) and that i would now not be getting a refund. I have input her email to me below and put them in "x" - my reply to every statement she made is underneath. "I have just finished on the phone with XXX from your Real Estate. She was happy with the clean and is signing off on it. Which is excellent news." Me-xxxx had to wipe the wall herself as there was still marks there but as it was something so easy to do, she just went ahead and did it herself (Even though i paid your company an arm and a leg to do so.) "If I can address the email below by going back to the start - Saturday. It is my understanding that your numerous calls to our office on Saturday were taken and not ignored in anyway and your concerns addresses. You were advised to hand the keys back and allow your agent to do the inspection and send us an exit report once they had. At no point did we indicate we wouldn't return." Me - As I have never leased a property in Australia before, I wanted to hand the keys in with my house professionally cleaned. I didn't want real estate to go in and see the property as it was, thinking that I never cleaned it as it looks like a child has cleaned my house (I should have as they would have done a better job for $780) There were 8 phone calls had on Saturday. "In fact after you and I spoke on Monday around lunch time. You advised you were at work. You also mentioned to xxx when you called the office that you were calling during your lunch break." I went to work at 11:30am when I start at 8am, at 8:04am I was waiting for 7 minutes for someone to answer and was then hung up on with a phone call followed at 8:19am to say "I missed a call from this number" "During this conversation with me, you asked that I apologise to xxx who took your numerous calls on Saturday. You asked that I apologise to her for your behaviour towards her." I asked you to apologise to her not because my behaviour was bad, I reacted how any person that paid hundreds for a service would that did not get it. I apologized to her because she should not have had to deal with that. Numerous times I asked to get the manager to call me and she said that the manager cannot take my phone call which would have helped the poor lady, instead you let her handle the phone call without any assistance - especially as you mentioned she was new surely the manager should take 2 secounds out of her day to help out a distressed customer complaint. I wish there was more room to write the rest of the email with her accusations but theres a limit... Soo.... I hope I help you, because I wish i cleaned it myself and researched prior to my decision to do this! Terrible tactics. Gave a low cost quote and wanted almost double on the day of the cleaning. In the end had to pay several hundred extra for the non-guaranteed (none-bonded) cleaning and $150 in extra charges as the cleaning was not done well. read more

6 hours and the oven cleaned at my daughters rented property, no customer service when questioned, just rudness

The quote wasn't the cheapest nor the most expensive. However, on the day of service, we suddenly didn't have a "good condition" property and another $140 was required to complete the job.I then asked how she came to that conclulssion and she told me that the cleaners on site sent photographs supporting this. I asked for the photographs which she promised to send, and still has not supplied. My partner went to the house to speak directly to the cleaners. They have no knowledge of this, nor have they sent photos. We were just ripped off on the day by a company who wants you vulnerable so you have no choice but to pay extra to have the bond clean done on time to hand back keys. I then corresponded with the "manager" who said the cleaners were wrong and they had photos. I asked again for those which never have been sent. The full clean was done, but unfortunately it was substandard. The exhaust fans were not done, the light switches were not done, the laundry was not done and my own agents came back with a less than favourable exit report only based on the substandard cleaning. This company purports to give you a "21 day guarantee" of the job being completed, but really, after then lies and the demand of extra money for no reason, we decided to not go with then to rectify. My rental agent at the property is well aware of this company and their spurious rorting and gouging, and kindly got a quote for rectification that we took to complete. We are in process of reporting Aim Property Solutions to the ACCC who will use the data against industry standard, along with Choice and the consumer ombudsman who will take direct action. We have also shared the correspondence threads which clearly are contradictory and threatening in "not completing" or "time locking" the job which states that the job would be substandard. The job was substandard anyway. Please do not use this company, and if you've had this experience, or a similar experience with another bond cleaning company please report them to consumer ombudsman. Apparently this scam is common in a lot of cleaning companies looking to exploit people at a vulnerable time. Be careful read more

Voila!!!they stopped communicating at all. Needless to say after numerous follow up emails and phone calls nothing has come through nor the payment or the phone call/email saying when its coming. The standard reply from customer service is Accounts are only open on Mondays and Tuesdays and send them an email...which of course you'll never get a reply from So if you are hiring this company to work for you PLEASE think again they don't pay their contractors and the poor person who has worked for you may end up with nothing. A note to people like me who'd want to join this company as independent contractors or existing ones. Think carefully before engaging with this company. This company is a scam - we spent $1100 on a bond clean and carpets in a small inner city townhouse and it was the worst service I've ever experienced - will quote you low and then continue to call you and request more money in order to get the 'bond back guarantee' - and your accept it because your lease it up tomorrow and it's too late to get another cleaner. We had to get them back 3 times and it was a huge waste of time - not to mention the customer service was horrendous, they attitude on these people was horrific. I booked a full bond clean for today, they were supposed to ring me when on their way which they didn't, lucky i had left a back door unlocked. then they rang me to charge me an extra $200 for the cleaning of the house which they considered not in good condition, trust me it is, plus another $50 to clean the microwave and the dishwasher, plus $50 per blind. So their "professional" cleaners can't do a bond clean in 8hours, this is a joke! I haven't seen the carpets yet but expecting the worst! and obviously because I refused to pay extra they are not guaranteeing their work, no surprise here but from reading other reviews I guess it wouldn't matter anyway! During which their equipment malfunctioned and resulted in flooding of my apartment. Their people left with out cleaning up after themselves and left my partner to dry the apartment. Since December I've been following up to resolve water damage caused by their service - the water was so bad there was water on the ceiling!! Eventually after more than 10 calls to their poor excuse for customer service where there are no managers or anyone interested in resolving an issue I received a response from Michaela referring me to office of fair trading as there's no way a little bit of water could cause damage. Contacted AIM Property Solutions for a bond clean. They were late very late after giving us a two hour window for a start time. Took 30min after arriving to get started, we're under equipped, attempted to up-sell with expensive options, used two full rolls of our toilet paper to do cleaning??? I agree with the other posts here....these guys are soooo bad....do not ever use them!! I was charged close to just under $1000 for a guaranteed bond clean, carpet and pest. They did the worst job ever and even when we asked them to come back to rectify the job they had done they were extremely rude and reluctant to do anything. The carpets and pest were not done at all as there were ants under the carpets in all of the bedrooms. My Mum turned up to collect something from the property that we were moving out from and the cleaners were sitting out the front having pizza!! Such a scam and a rip off.....beware do not ever use this company for a guaranteed bond refund because it won't happen....I got done for a cleaning bill for cleaning the windows on the outside which was not explained to me when I called to book them in. The cleaners I used to clean the house we have just bought and moved in to charged me $400 for a full clean and it was 1000 times better then Aim Property Solutions. The cleaners who initially attended did a really average job - obviously lazy decisions e.g. spot cleaning walls with gumption and leaving the residue on the walls. Some cupboards not even opened, remained dusty and dirty. On their return visit with the "guarantee" they still did not do the job correctly. We had to go back ourselves and clean for several hours to reach the standard suitable for property manager. We have made a formal complaint which is dismissed with no apology. this is the worst company in Brisbane any good reviews are the staff writing them. They take your money and don't show . They lie about returning calls , do yourselves a favour and never use them you will not get your bond back. Book and paid for 2 weeks in advance and then let me down. They do not deserve to be in business . Also paid for a carpet clean which had to be cancelled because they didn't turn up on the day they said they would. I still haven't been refunded which is tantamount to theft, it's been weeks. The same bucket of water was used to wash a massive wooden floor area which then left disgusting smear marks everywhere. They never cleaned the top shelves in wardrobes , finger marks left everywhere oh it goes on. I had to show up at 4.30 am to give keys because they didn't keep appt. Also, their cleaner used a chemical that stripped paint off the roof, and would not accept responsibility. I had booked in a bond clean for my home before the renters moved in. I had filled out the form required and stated it was in good condition. There is NOTHING WRONG WITH THE HOUSE, it is just dirty as I wasn't there for weeks and did not clean it. I had to pay an upfront deposit of $108 to book the cleaner in. I get a call during the week saying that the cleaners couldn't make it due to a car accident (which is fair enough), so it go rescheduled for 2 days later. They also told me that i had to pay the rest of the remaining balance because they can't enter the property if it's not paid. i was so stupid to go ahead, but as i moved hours away I couldn't be bothered looking for another cleaner. They had scheduled it for 5am in the morning, I questioned them how they would get the keys from the real estate when they don't open til 9am... stupid. So it got rescheduled between 11am-1pm that day. I get a call on Thursday where the real estate and cleaner showed and they tell me that they won't clean it because it's too dirty and it's not in the condition that it was quoted. I said to them that it was their job, as cleaners to clean dirty houses. To top it off, they didn't want to refund me the full price of what I paid, when they didn't even clean the house! When I told them if they don't give me my refund I am taking it to the solicitors and the ombudsman. That is so wrong taking money off people for not even cleaning the house. It stated in their email if the condition of the house isn't correct that it will be $50 an hour, which I was fine paying, but it does not say that I will NOT get refunded and that they won't clean the house. My husband rang them and they HUNG UP on him, so when I finally got the call from the Manager, she ACCUSED me of killing her staff and that she was going to ring the police! WTF!!! I said I will take it to the ombudsman, she cursed at me with all sorts of words, saying f**** you people, you're a f***** this and that. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!!! DO NOT USE THIS CLEANER. They are utterly terrible people, a terrible business. I contacted this business to arrange a bond cleaning on the final day of my lease, which was a public holiday. Because it was a holiday, I re-confirmed no less than three times. On the day, I was contacted to say that the cleaners car had 'broken down' on the side of the highway and they were unable to come. Unsurprisingly when I called the cleaner myself, there was no highway noise to be heard. There was no solution offered, no refund offered, nothing. I made it very clear that I needed them to find a solution as they were my only option, I needed to give the keys back that evening and if the property was not clean I would lose my bond. I asked many times why they couldn't just get an uber with the vacuum etc. no answer was given, and instead of helping me, a customer who had pre paid and re-confirmed three times, the 'Manager' of this business hung up the phone promising to find a solution, and then simply put the phone down and did not answer it again for 7 hours. I was left in my house, trying to finish furniture removal, alone without any solution, repeatedly calling this business all day. In the end I had to spend hours calling every cleaning business on google to find someone to come to help me. This was incredibly stressful, especially because as they were refusing to pick up the phone, I did not know that I would be able to get a refund, or whether they would send someone else after I had made a new booking with another company and then refuse to give a refund. I eventually found a second company who did a terrible job, leaving me having to re-clean the majority of their work. By the end of the day I was out $700 and still hadn't got a single call back regarding their failure to show up or a refund. When I FINALLY heard back from them at 6pm, the 'Manager's' excuse was that 'it was her day off so she went out' despite the fact that she had opened her business that day and was fully aware that a paid customer was left in the dark waiting on her to call back with a solution. I honestly have never been so angry. Moving out is hard enough without people like this completely screwing you over with their completely unprofessional, uncaring, selfish, rude service. Don't go near them with a 20 foot pole. Use ANYONE else. read more
