My jacket was then magically found and "wasn't sent to the other store". However, they "didn't have time to press it" and get the wrinkles out. I was told that, as the jacket is being put on a hanger and being handed to me. It looked like it had been in the bottom of a box for two days. Then the excuses started rolling. "It's clean", "My back hurts", "I can't finish it today", "It's a mess back there", "I don't know what to tell you, you can take it", "come back tomorrow".
